Object of the present invention is a locking deadbolt (10) openable from the inside, comprising: a base body (15) configured for being fastened onto a door, window or other opening, and provided with a slot (70); a movable bolt (30) designed for permanently locking the opening and configured for moving through the slot (70) between a retracted position and an extracted position; a gear wheel (80) operable from the outside by means of a handle or hand grip (20), configured for transmitting the movement to a rack (82) connected to the bolt (30) in order to move the bolt (30) through the slot (70), wherein the aforesaid deadbolt (10) further comprises a knob (40) located therein and configured for being moved along a path defined by cams (50, 55, 57) present in the base body (15) and wherein its movement along the cam path is transmitted to the bolt (30) to allow the deadbolt (10) to be manually unlocked from the inside. Advantageously, the cam path (50, 55, 57) comprises at least one first section (50) and at least one second section (55, 57), wherein the rack (82) is engaged with the gear wheel (80) in said at least one first section to receive the movement from such gear wheel (80) and the rack (82) is unconstrained from the gear wheel (80) in said at least one second section (55, 57).

Propeller (1) comprising a cylindrical body (3), a hub (2) able to be coupled to a drive unit and rotatably assembled at least partially in said cylindrical body of the propeller, and at least one blade (4) rotatably pivoted to said cylindrical body of the propeller, said hub (2) being rotatable relative to said cylindrical body of the propeller, or vice versa, for adjusting the fluid dynamic pitch of said at least one blade (4), the propeller further comprising at least one elastic element (8) for adjusting the fluid dynamic pitch of said at least one blade and an adjusting device (30) for adjusting at least the preload of said at least one elastic element (8), characterized by comprising at least one housing body (14a, 14b) interposed between said elastic element (8) and said cylindrical body (3), said elastic element (8) being housed in said housing body (14), said housing body (14a, 14b) being rotatable relative to said cylindrical body (3).

Object of the invention is a control device (10) for an electronic lock (60) that can be applied to a door (20), the aforesaid control device (10) comprising: - a first electronic component (A) placed on board the door (20) and connected to an electric control for unlocking the lock (60) - a second electronic component (B) placed on a jamb (30) of the door (20), the second component being connected to an access control system (40) via an electric cable, wherein the aforesaid first electronic component (A) is placed at the second electronic component (B) when the door (20) is in the closed position, characterized in that the second electronic component (B) comprises an energy transmitter configured to send electromagnetic waves to the first electronic component (A) in order to trigger an electric control for unlocking the lock (60).
