The present disclosure relates to a walking device (10) configured to be coupled with a shoe, comprising a heel element (11) and fastening means (12, 13, 14, 15) configured to associate said heel element (11) with a front portion of a shoe alternatively in a first position, or descent position, and in a second position, or rest position, wherein in said first position, or descent position, said heel element (11) is configured to be associated with a front sole portion of a shoe, and wherein in said second position, or rest position, said heel element (11) is configured to be associated with a front upper portion of a shoe.The present disclosure further relates to a shoe (100) comprising a walking device (10).

The present disclosure relates to a protective helmet (10) comprising a shell (11) and a chin guard (12) movable with respect to the shell (11). The helmet (10) also comprises:- at least one rototranslation mechanism (17) configured to rotate, or rototranslate, the chin guard (12) with respect to the shell (11) at least between a first position (P1), where the chin guard (12) is closed, or lowered, and a second position (P2), where the chin guard (12) is open, or raised, and- at least one movement mechanism (19) configured to move the chin guard (12) from the second position (P2) into a third locking position (P3), and vice versa.

The present disclosure relates in general to a garment (100) including ventilation openings (20, 21), closing devices (40, 41) associated with them, and connecting devices (50, 51) which allow simultaneous opening or closing of the closing devices (40, 41) of the ventilation openings (20, 21). In particular, the garment (100) includes a covering structure (10) configured to cover the body, preferably the torso, of a user, preferably a passenger, a skier, a mountain climber, a motorcyclist or a similar user, during a sporting and/or working activity and/or any activity, preferably any activity performed in the open, during which the user may be subject to variable conditions. The present disclosure, finally, also relates to the method of manipulating said garment (100) in order to close or open simultaneously the closing devices (40, 41) of the ventilation openings (20, 21) of said garment (100), by pulling the first closing device (40) or the second closing device (41), respectively.
