A separation method for segments (100) from a continuous web (200) comprises advancing the continuous web (200) in an advancement orientation (V) along a flat advancement path (P) at a first speed (V1), making at least one weakening line (101, 102, 103) on the continuous web (200), tearing the continuous web (200) at the first weakening line (101) by accelerating the continuous web (200).

A heat exchanger for a machine adapted to produce ice creams, slush drinks or water-ices, which comprises:- a first hollow body (1) extending along a first main direction of extension (D1) and having a first end (1A), a second end (1B) and a side wall (1L) extending between the first end (1A) and the second end (1B),- a second hollow body (2) extending along the first main direction of extension (D1) and having a first end (2A), a second end and a side wall (2B) extending between the third end (2A) and the fourth end (2B);the second hollow body (2) is arranged inside the first hollow body (1) and welded to the first hollow body (1) at the respective first ends (1A); the side walls (1L, 2L) of the first and the second hollow body (1, 2), joined to one another, define a gap (3) closed by a flange (4) welded to the second ends (1A, 1B) of the first and the second hollow body (1, 2).
