The battery of the invention improves the connection stability of between the tab of the battery and the electrode of the battery. |

The battery shell includes a cover plate and a shell. The cover plate includes a body and an overlapping protrusion. The overlapping protrusion is melted and welded to a top of the body by providing a welding laser to run a loop on a top of the overlapping protrusion. The method of top welding can also better realize the welding of the overlapping protrusion and the shell, which not only retains the advantage of high welding speed of the top welding, but also has the advantage of side welding to avoid light leakage into the battery cell. |
