The loudspeaker is disposed in the cowl box such that sound pressure generated by the diaphragm is emitted to the vehicle interior space.

The input apparatus further comprises an actuator (6) which is configured to actuate a displacement of at least a selected one of the longitudinal elements (F1-Fn) during a touch of the user input member (5), wherein the touch sensitive input device (2) is configured to provide a pressing resistance (RN, RT) for the user input member (5) which varies upon the displacement of the at least one of the longitudinal elements (F1-Fn) at a location of a touch of the user input member (5) generating a tactile feedback for the user input member (5).

The frame has an aperture (12) that communicates with a space inside the frame. The duct, serving as a separate member, is attached to the frame so as to cover the aperture. The frame further includes a support tab (7c) that projects into the aperture. Link terminals (14) are attached to the support tab. Before the duct is attached to the frame, lead wires (17) extending from the voice coil are formed into a predetermined shape and are then connected to the link terminals in a space within the aperture.

When a force in a direction (ii) acts upon the panel supporting portion (11), the bend portion (24) stretches, so that the connecting metallic plate (20) is prevented from being cut. Thereafter, by an elastic force of the connecting metallic plate (20), the panel supporting portion (11) is restored to its raised position, so that the fracture surfaces (14a, 14b) are prevented from facing an occupant.
