Zusammenfassung
A safety arrangement for a height-adjustable seat structure is provided. The seat structure (100) comprises a first set of legs (101A) comprising a first leg (105A) pivotably connected to a second leg (108A), and a first pair of guide rails (102A) comprising an upper and a lower guide rail (103A, 104A). The first leg comprises one end portion (106A) being pivotably hinged to the upper guide rail and one end portion (107A) being linearly movable (107A) along the lower guide rail. The second leg (108A) comprises one end portion (109A) pivotably hinged to the lower guide rail (104A) and one end portion (110A) being linearly movable along the upper guide rail (103A). The seat structure further comprises a stop member (202) and a seat actuator (200) comprising a piston (201). The seat actuator is configured, upon an activation signal, to move the piston from a retracted position to an extended position in which a free end of the piston is configured to exert a force to an impact surface (204) of the stop member, whereby the piston forces the seat structure towards a lowered position. The piston forms an impact angle α of 25-65 degrees as seen between the piston and a horizontal plane. Also, a vehicle seat in a truck, lorry or bus provided with such safety arrangement is disclosed. |

A safety device in a vehicle is provided. The safety device comprises an actuator (100; 100') comprising a housing (1; 1'), a piston arrangement (12; 12') fitted in the housing and being movable from a retracted position to an extended position, a gas generator (10; 10') and a power connector (8; 8') configured to allow powering of the gas generator. The housing has a first end (2; 2') having a through-going opening (5; 5') and an internal surface encircling the through-going opening and forming a seating (19; 19'). The gas generator (10; 10') is connected to a support member (9; 9'). The power connector is situated on the outside of the housing on the first end thereof and connected to the gas generator. The support member is abutting the seating thereby closing the through-going opening in the housing and forming a first sealing arrangement preventing intrusion of moisture and/or dust into the housing. |

A front passenger airbag, comprising an airbag body (10). The airbag body (10) comprises: a first cut piece (11), a second cut piece (12), and a middle cut piece (13), provided with a first end (131) and a second end (132) along a travel direction of a vehicle, and provided with a first side (133) and a second side (134) along a direction transverse to the travel direction of the vehicle, wherein side edges of the first side (133) and the second side (134) of the middle cut piece (13) are sewn and connected along peripheral edges of the first cut piece (11) and the second cut piece (12), respectively; the length of each of the peripheral edges of the first cut piece (11) and the second cut piece (12) is greater than the length of each of the side edges of the first side (133) and the second side (134) of the middle cut piece (13), so as to form an empty peripheral edge (14) that is not sewn and connected to the side edge of the middle cut piece (13), and as the first end (131) and the second end (132) of the middle cut piece (13) are sewn, the empty peripheral edge (14) is folded in half and then sewn to form a pointed side ear portion (15). A vehicle, which has the front passenger airbag. With this arrangement, pointed side ear portions are formed through cutting shapes and sewing manners of the first cut piece, the second cut piece and the middle cut piece, and an internal tether or an external tether does not need to be provided, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. |
