The die body is provided with a feed port (K1) and a discharge port (K2) that are opposite. The die body includes a first accommodating cavity (11) and a second accommodating cavity (12) that communicate with each other. The first accommodating cavity is located on a side of the second accommodating cavity close to the feed port in a first direction (X) and communicates with the feed port. The second accommodating cavity communicates with the discharge port. The pressure adjustment component is accommodated in the second accommodating cavity. The pressure adjustment component includes a plurality of pressure adjustment plates (21). The plurality of pressure adjustment plates are spaced apart in a second direction (Y) to form a pressure control flow channel (22). The coating die and the coating device can improve the slurry coating uniformity during a coating process. |

A battery cell (20), a battery (100), and an electric device are disclosed. The battery cell (20) includes a housing (21) and a pressure relief component (22); the housing (21) includes a first wall portion (211), and the pressure relief component (22) is arranged on the first wall portion (211). The pressure relief component (22) is provided with a first groove (221). The first groove (221) is recessed from a first surface (2111) in a thickness direction of the first wall portion (211) towards a second surface (2112). The first groove (221) defines at least one predetermined pressure relief area (P). The pressure relief component (22) is configured to be capable of cracking along at least a portion of the first groove (221) when the battery cell (20) relieves pressure; where a sum S<1> of areas of all the predetermined pressure relief areas (P) is 0.03 to 0.3 times an area S<2> of the first surface (2111). This can reduce the risk of the housing (21) of the battery cell (20) bursting, exploding, or catching fire due to untimely pressure relief of the pressure relief component (22), and reduce the risk of leakage problems caused by premature actuation or fatigue cracking of the pressure relief component (22) after long-term use of the battery cell (20), which is beneficial to improving the service life and service reliability of the battery cell (20). |

The present application discloses an electrode manufacturing method, a battery, and an electrical apparatus. The electrode manufacturing method comprises steps of: providing a slurry mixed with a pore-forming agent; coating the slurry on a current collector to form an active material layer on the current collector; and electrically energizing the active material layer to cause the pore-forming agent in the active material layer to undergo an electrochemical reaction to form pores. Before the step of coating the slurry on the current collector, the method further comprises a step of: providing a roller configured to coat and convey the current collector and provided with a conductive member on a surface of the roller, the conductive member being configured to electrically connect to the current collector. The step of electrically energizing the active material layer comprises electrically energizing the current collector through the conductive member. The technical solutions provided in the present application can improve the pore-forming efficiency of the electrode, thereby enabling, when the electrode is used in the battery, the battery to have relatively high manufacturing efficiency. |
