A body implantable reservoir assembly (114) has a reservoir body (116) adapted to contain the liquid and an electronic assembly (118) disposed in the reservoir body and adapted to move the liquid between the reservoir body and an implantable prosthesis. The electronic assembly has a printed circuit board and a battery hermetically sealed inside a canister, a pump assembly having a motor electrically coupled with the printed circuit board and the battery, a pump coupled with the motor, and a valve assembly coupled with the pump. When the reservoir body contains the liquid, the motor, the pump, and the valve assembly are immersed in the liquid.

An implantable system for treatment of climacturia has an inflatable penile implant and an inflatable cuff that is implantable around at least a portion of a urethra. A pump is operatively coupled to the penile implant and to the cuff to inflate the penile implant in treating erectile dysfunction and to inflate the cuff in treating climacturia.
