The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for determining low power access or transmission, a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: on the basis of first configuration information sent by a network device, determining a resource location at which a first device receives a first signal; and, on the basis of second configuration information sent by the network device and the resource location at which the first device receives the first signal, determining a resource location at which a second device receives a second signal.

The security processing method is applied to a terminal, and comprises: on the basis of security-related information, determining a security key corresponding to a target cell, wherein the target cell is a candidate target cell supporting subsequent cell changes.
