The present disclosure proposes, as an example, a metabolic network processing technique which is related to a metabolic network processing system for extracting and proposing a modified enzyme that achieves a target yield of a target substance in a metabolic network in order to constantly predict an increase or decrease in a yield of the target substance when a modification of the enzyme is proposed based on a structural sensitivity analysis. A control device executes (i) processing of generating N sensitivity matrices by using a stoichiometric matrix obtained by converting the metabolic network, a basis c of a kernel of the stoichiometric matrix, and a given probability distribution, (ii) processing of calculating, by checking a sign of each matrix element in the N sensitivity matrices and calculating a proportion of the sign in each matrix element, a confidence level of each matrix element, (iii) processing of extracting k matrix elements having high confidence levels among confidence levels for the number of matrix elements in the sensitivity matrix as modified enzymes, and (iv) processing of outputting the extracted k modified enzymes

An object is to reduce error alarms without interrupting driving assistance to a driver in an obstacle detection line of sight system mounted on a track transport system. In order to solve the above problem, there is provided an obstacle detection assistance system for assisting obstacle detection during traveling of a vehicle, and the obstacle detection assistance system includes: a driving assistance display unit configured to display driving assistance information that is information for assisting vehicle driving; an obstacle detection unit configured to detect an obstacle that hinders the traveling of the vehicle; a criterion determination unit configured to determine a criterion when the obstacle detection unit detects the obstacle; and an external environment recognition unit configured to recognize an external environment of the vehicle, in which the criterion determination unit sets a criterion according to the external environment, and as the criterion, a threshold of the number of times an obstacle is detected by the obstacle detection unit, or a matching degree of detection results by the obstacle detection unit, or both the threshold of the number of times an obstacle is detected and the matching degree of the detection results are set.

A train inspection system includes a camera interface configured to receive a sequence of inspection image frames of a moving train captured by a static camera. The inspection system further includes a processor system configured to receive sequences of inspection image frames from the camera interface. The inspection system further includes a communication interface configured to output results from the processor system. The inspection system further includes a database coupled to the processor system and storing a model which allows a sequence of image frames of a moving train to be evaluated for departures from normalcy. The inspection system further includes program storage coupled to the processor system and storing computer program instructions for execution by the processor system. The computer program instructions, when executed by the processor system: image analyse the sequence of inspection image frames to allocate image frames to locations along the length of the train; use the model to identify locations on the moving train where the sequence of inspection image frames indicates departures from normalcy passing a threshold value; and output the identified locations and the corresponding departures from normalcy at the communication interface as predicted anomalies.

The semipermeable membrane (6) allows the reduced electron mediator to permeate through and does not allow the enzyme to permeate through.

In a confidential information processing server, when a processing query execution unit receives a processing request, a TEE trusted part processing unit generates a confidential extraction query for extracting data that matches with a condition of a processing target in the processing request by confidential extraction based on the processing request and an encryption key that can be used only in a TEE trusted part, the confidential extraction processing unit instructs execution of the confidential extraction query so as to extract encrypted data of the processing target while the data is kept encrypted from an encryption DB unit, the TEE trusted part processing unit decrypts the encrypted data of the processing target extracted by the confidential extraction processing unit with an encryption key, and executes data processing requested by the processing request, and a processing query execution unit returns an execution result of the data processing to a transmission source of the processing request.
