An information management device includes a pairing process portion that performs, in response to a pairing request from a terminal device of a user, a pairing process which associates an apparatus used by the user in a predetermined service with the terminal device, a storage portion that stores a pairing certificate which certifies that the terminal device and the apparatus are associated with each other by the pairing process, and a certificate provision portion that cooperates with a service provider which provides the service in relation to a use of the service by the user, wherein the pairing process portion generates the pairing certificate based on a DID (Decentralized Identifier) of the user and a DID of the apparatus and stores the pairing certificate in the storage portion, and the certificate provision portion provides the pairing certificate stored in the storage portion to the service provider in response to a request from the service provider. |
