A cooling system for an eco-friendly vehicle is provided. The system includes an electronic component cooling device (100) that cools an electronic component (110) of an eco-friendly vehicle and a battery cooling device (200) that cools a battery installed within the eco-friendly vehicle. A connector connects the electronic component cooling device and the battery cooling device with each other.

An automatic parking system includes a sensor detecting parking areas depending on a size of a subject vehicle and a controller controlling the subject vehicle to be parked in an optimal parking area among the parking areas, in which the sensor may detect the parking areas in consideration of a length and a width of the subject vehicle and detect a spaced distance from surrounding vehicles positioned on a side of the subject vehicle in the optimal parking area and the controller may calculate a moving path between a current position of the subject vehicle and the optimal parking area and compare a predetermined reference distance and the spaced distances to control the subject vehicle.

A method and an apparatus for controlling a compressor of an air conditioning system are provided. The method includes measuring a vehicle speed, an engine speed, a position value of an accelerator pedal, and an external air temperature (S100) and comparing the vehicle speed with a predetermined speed (S110). A basic operation rate of the compressor is then determined based on the engine speed and the position value of the accelerator pedal (S120) when the vehicle speed is equal to or less than the predetermined speed. A final operation rate of the compressor is determined (S130) based on the external air temperature and the determined basic operation rate and the compressor is operated (S140) based on the determined final operation rate.

An apparatus for controlling to enable an autonomous system in a vehicle is provided. The apparatus includes a sensor, an input device configured to receive an input from a driver of the vehicle, an output device configured to output a notification in the vehicle, and a control circuit configured to be electrically connected with the sensor, the input device, and the output device. The control circuit is configured to activate an autonomous control in response to an input of the driver to the input device, detect a critical situation of the vehicle using the sensor, output a notification to transfer a control authority using the output device in response to the detected critical situation, and automatically reactivate the autonomous control when the critical situation is solved after temporarily releasing the autonomous control, when the critical situation corresponds to a critical situation of a specified type.

A walking control method of a robot is provided. The method includes receiving a walking command of the robot including a link device having a plurality of links that correspond to both lower limbs. In response to receiving the walking command, implementing walking of the robot by providing torque to the link device to move a first lower limb is moved. In a double stance state where foot ends of the both lower limbs are simultaneously in contact with ground while the lower limb to be moved is changed, a driving force is generated in the double stance by adjusted the torque of the drive device to virtually move the foot ends of the both lower limbs by a predetermined stable distance in an opposite direction to a walking direction.

The present disclosure provides a method of forcibly charging a high-voltage battery using a motor and a Hybrid Starter Generator (HSG) which is capable of forcibly charging the high-voltage battery with maximum charging power using the motor and the HSG simultaneously. The method does so by calculating maximum chargeable power for the high-voltage battery using three dimensional (3D) maximum charging power maps of the motor and the HSG, adjusting maximum charging power using energy integration during forced charging using the motor and the HSG simultaneously, and applying excessive temperature prevention logics for protecting the motor and the HSG from an excessive temperature in a forced charging mode.
