Disclosed are: a method comprising the steps of measuring a first position of the terminal by means of first time of arrival (ToA) positioning that uses a plurality of anchors, estimating a second position of the terminal on the basis of the amount of change in the position of the terminal since the measurement of the first position, and measuring a third position of the terminal by conducting second ToA positioning using two or more anchors, the number of which being reduced from the number of the plurality of anchors; and an apparatus therefor.

The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and a method for processing a non-access stratum (NAS) message in a wireless communication system, wherein the method performed by a terminal may comprise the steps of: initiating a NAS transport procedure; detecting a failure to transmit an uplink (UL) NAS transport message due to a change in a tracking area identifier (TAI); comparing the changed TAI with a TAI list; and determining whether to stop the NAS transport procedure on the basis of the result of the comparison.
