A method for tracking a secondary battery manufacturing process is provided, which includes a plurality of sub-processes involving a respective semi-finished cell, wherein the plurality of sub-processes includes at least one sub-process in which a semi-finished cell is placed in a holder. The method comprises: obtaining a cell ID identifying the semi-finished cell; obtaining a holder ID identifying the holder in which the semi-finished cell is placed in a respective sub-process; and associating the cell ID with the holder ID.

A battery management device according to an embodiment disclosed in this document includes an intermediate signal generation unit that generate an intermediate signal related to operation control of a contactor corresponding to each of a first battery pack and a second battery pack connected in parallel with the first battery pack and a final signal generation unit that generates a final signal for controlling an electrical connection of the contactor corresponding to the second battery pack based on a comparison result between a link voltage, which is a voltage applied to nodes to which the first battery pack and the second battery pack are connected by the first battery pack, and a pack voltage applied to a positive contactor corresponding to the second battery pack, and the intermediate signal.

The present invention provides a structure of a resin injection apparatus for injecting a resin into a battery module having a long side and a short side in horizontal direction and an injection hole provided on a lower surface thereof, the resin injection apparatus including: a mount where the battery module is mounted in inverted state; and a nozzle provided with a nozzle hole at a front end thereof, the nozzle supplying the resin to the battery module through the injection hole while the nozzle hole is engaged with the injection hole, wherein the nozzle extends at a predetermined angle with respect to a normal direction of the lower surface of the battery module, and the nozzle hole has a long side and a short side intersecting with the long side and the short side of the battery module, respectively.

According to some embodiments, a battery diagnosis device includes an interface configured to acquire battery data from a diagnosis target battery for each collection interval when a current cycle is initiated and a controller configured to determine whether the battery data passes test items for each collection interval and generate a first count value of the current cycle, accumulate a number of times the determination of the test items fails in the current cycle and generate a second count value of the current cycle, perform a first diagnosis on the diagnosis target battery based on a first accumulated value of the first count value for a first number of cycles, and perform a second diagnosis on the diagnosis target battery based on a second accumulated value of the second count value for a second number of cycles.

The technical idea of the present disclosure provides a battery pack including: a first cell assembly including a plurality of first battery cells; a pack frame including a base frame supporting the first cell assembly and a side frame facing a side portion of the first cell assembly and extending in a first direction; an internal frame extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction within an internal space of the pack frame; and a bonding layer bonding the side frame to the internal frame and exposed to an exterior of the pack frame.
