The present disclosure relates to a battery system with identical wireless communication performance, and the battery system for performing wireless communication using a frequency hopping method according to an embodiment includes: battery modules; a single antenna; slave BMSs connected to the battery modules, generating battery information by sensing states of the battery modules, and providing sensing signals including the battery information to the single antenna; and a master BMS connected to an antenna, receiving the sensing signals transmitted through the single antenna through the antenna, obtaining the battery information according to the sensing signals, generating control signals for controlling the battery modules by using the obtained battery information, and transmitting the control signals to the single antenna through the antenna.

The present disclosure relates to a fire extinguishing composition and a battery pack including the same. The fire extinguishing composition includes an inorganic compound and a polycarboxylic acid compound in a predetermined content ratio and controls viscosity at room temperature to a predetermined range, thereby being capable of uniformly forming a fire extinguishing film at points where events occur when thermal events occur in battery packs, and thus has characteristics of high cooling effect and suffocating effect for fire extinguishing. In addition, the battery pack including the same can rapidly detect points where thermal events occur and directly spray the fire extinguishing composition concentratedly to the corresponding points, thereby not only facilitating prevention of thermal event propagation but also having an advantage of shortening the time required to resolve the event.

An aspect of the present disclosure provides a learning apparatus including a control unit to carry out learning of an estimation model which is a mathematical model for energy estimation of an analysis target atom based on an evaluation target feature quantity indicating a first sum to a u-th sum, wherein the u-th sum is a sum of a three-dimensional (3D) wave function representing a u-th atomic orbital of the evaluation target atom located in a system including one or more atoms in descending order of occupied energy potential, and a 3D wave function of a u-th atomic orbital of each of other atoms in the system within a predetermined range of distances from the evaluation target in descending order of occupied energy potential, wherein in the learning, the estimation model is updated to reduce a difference between the sum of results of executing the estimation model for each atom in the system and the energy of the system estimated by density functional theory.
