As described herein, a wireless locating device is equipped with a Bluetooth radio, global positioning system (GPS) radio, WiFi radio, cellular radio, and battery. Based on an update frequency, the wireless locating device activates the Bluetooth radio which then broadcasts a message. A user equipment (UE) receiving that message may connect with the wireless locating device, which may then send to the UE at least a battery indicator. The UE may then add a UE location to the battery indicator and provide both to a service that maintains information about wireless locating devices. When no UE connects to the wireless locating device, the wireless locating device second activates the GPS radio and WiFi radio, which obtain a location or location information of the wireless locating device, and the cellular radio. The wireless locating device then sends its location and battery indicator to the service via a cellular connection. |

Zusammenfassung
Systems, methods, and devices can be utilized to schedule at least one Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) transmission and at least one HARQ feedback message in the same Physical Resource Block (PRB). A HARQ transmission can be scheduled in a mini-slot of the PRB. Accordingly, latencies associated with transmitting and receiving the PRB can be reduced, while the high reliability of HARQ can be retained. Implementations can be applied to 5G technologies such as Ultra Reliable Low Latency Communications (URLLCs) and enhanced Mobile BroadBand (eMBB), as well as other low-latency communications. A method can include determining a location of a device; selecting, based at least in part on the location of the device, a mini-slot size; scheduling, in one or more mini-slots having the mini-slot size in a PRB, a HARQ transmission; and transmitting, to the device, the HARQ transmission in the one or more mini-slots of the PRB. |

Zusammenfassung
Techniques for improving a vehicles access to GPS signals are discussed herein. An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) may be configured to communicate with the vehicle, such as a V2X capable vehicle, and provide GPS line of sight connection to a GPS satellite, thereby avoiding any blocking issues while maintaining accurate positioning of the vehicle on the ground. Short-range communications (e.g., Wi-Fi, PC5, unicast, etc.) may be used to provide the connectivity between the vehicle and the UAV. In some cases, a vehicle may drive into a designated area and the UAV and/or the vehicle may initiate connectivity with the other and start UAV assisted positioning services within the designated area. |

Beyond-visual-line-of-sight (BVLOS) control of drones is enhanced using wireless communication via a cellular network. In an example system, a drone and a remote control station are configured to communicate via a 5G network. Drone control is further enhanced with extended reality (XR) display. Video stream data captured by the drone is replaced, supplemented, and/or overlaid with XR visual data in an XR environment. The XR visual data corresponds to a perspective from a virtual location in the XR environment that mirrors a real-world location of the drone. This lightens constraints and requirements associated with the network communication of video stream data from the drone for BVLOS control of the drone. Drone control is further enhanced with voice command capability. A user vocally utters a coarse-resolution or abstract command, and a drone control station translates the utterance into a sequence of fine-resolution drone commands that implement the vocally-uttered command. |

Methods for configuring a self-organizing network (SON) of a cellular telecommunication network are disclosed. A first set of data comprised of substantially real-time data for one or more key performance indicators (KPIs) is collected. A characteristic profile of the KPIs is determined. An instruction is sent to an identifier associated with the selected adjustable antenna, indicative of a command to change an electromagnetic characteristic of the selected adjustable antenna. A second set of data for the KPIs is received, and an updated profile of the KPIs is determined. A statistical probability of a causal relationship between the updated profile and the change to the electromagnetic is determined based on a predetermined threshold. Identifiers for the adjustable antennas are updated or confirmed. |
