A heat exchanger includes an inlet tank (10a) connected to and in fluid communication with an inlet pipe (12a) for ingress of a coolant therein, an outlet tank (10b) connected to and in fluid communication with an outlet pipe (12b) for egress of coolant there from. The heat exchanger further includes heat exchange tubes (20) and a tubular element (30) to configure fluid communication between the inlet tank (10a) and the outlet tank (10b). A first side of the outlet tank (10b) is complimentary to and connected to the outlet pipe (12b) and an opposite second side of the outlet tank (10b) is complimentary to and aligned with the tubular element (30). The tubular element (30) and the outlet pipe (12b) are of different cross sections, wherein shape of the outlet tank (10b) transforms smoothly between those cross sections along fluid path.

A high pressure heat exchanger (100) comprising a first manifold (101) and a second manifold connected fluidly by a plurality of tube sets (20) arranged in a spaced manner along the manifolds, wherein at least one of the manifold comprises a rear cover (102), a header (103) with slots (104) receiving tube end sections (11b) of the tube sets and several internal plates (105) interposed between the header and the rear cover and configured to create a flow path within the manifold, this flow path being in fluid connection with the tubes to allow a circulation of a refrigerant in the tubes and the manifold, and wherein the header (103) has preferably at least a first area (110) adjacent to at least one of the slots and having a first thickness w1 and at least a second area (111) surrounding at least partially the first area and having a second thickness w2, first thickness w1 being smaller than second thickness w2.

The present invention relates to a heat exchanger (1) configured to cool an air flow, comprising a heat core (2) comprising air flow channels (4) defining liquid passes (24, 26, 28, 30) in between at least two air flow channels (4), said heat core (2) comprising a group of central liquid passes (26) and two lateral liquid passes (28, 30), said heat core (2) comprising a plurality of plates (12, 14, 16, 18), at least one of the plates (12) having a plane portion and a projection defining a liquid chamber (36) in liquid communication with the liquid passes (24, 26, 28, 30), the liquid chamber (36) having a first section covering at least one of the lateral liquid passes (28, 30) which is bigger than a second section covering at least one of the central liquid passes (26).

A heat exchanging module (1) comprising a heat exchanger (2), a frame (4) and a bottle (6), the heat exchanger (2) being attached to the frame (4), the bottle (6) being attached to the heat exchanger (2) by a first attachment mean (8) at a first portion (60) of the bottle (6), the bottle (6) being attached to the frame (4) with a second attachment mean (10) located at a second portion (62) of the bottle (6).
