A heat exchanger includes an inlet tank (10a) connected to and in fluid communication with an inlet pipe (12a) for ingress of a coolant therein, an outlet tank (10b) connected to and in fluid communication with an outlet pipe (12b) for egress of coolant there from. The heat exchanger further includes heat exchange tubes (20) and a tubular element (30) to configure fluid communication between the inlet tank (10a) and the outlet tank (10b). A first side of the outlet tank (10b) is complimentary to and connected to the outlet pipe (12b) and an opposite second side of the outlet tank (10b) is complimentary to and aligned with the tubular element (30). The tubular element (30) and the outlet pipe (12b) are of different cross sections, wherein shape of the outlet tank (10b) transforms smoothly between those cross sections along fluid path.

The present invention provides a cooling module for a vehicle. The cooling module include a first heat exchanger having at least one side plate, at least two second heat exchangers and a sealing element. The second heat exchangers are arranged on opposite sides of the first heat exchanger, and each heat exchanger includes at least one second side plate. Further, the sealing element includes a central part and at least two flaps attached to the opposite sides of the central part. Further, the central part is attached to the first heat exchanger and each flap is adapted to engage with the second side plate of the respective second heat exchanger.

A receiver drier bottle assembly (100) includes a plug opening (10) and a screw opening (40) formed on a receiver drier bottle cover (20) to receive a plug (30) and a screw (50) respectively. The plug (30) is formed with a plug cutout (32) that has first threads (32a). The screw opening (40) is partially overlapping the plug opening (10) and extends to a screw-receiving bore (42). The screw-receiving bore (42) is complementary to the plug cutout (32) and is formed with second threads (42a). The screw (50) with external threads (52) formed thereon is disposed partially on the plug cutout (32) to engage with the first threads (32a) and partially on the screw opening (40) to engage with the second threads (42a). Accordingly, the screw (50) immobilizes the plug (30) when the screw (50) is inserted in the screw opening (40).

The present invention discloses a heat exchanger provided with a connecting arrangement. The heat exchanger comprises a pair of manifolds, and a plurality of tubes stacked between the manifolds to provide a fluidal communication between the manifolds. Each manifold comprises an axis of elongation. The connecting arrangement is fixed to at least one manifold. The arrangement comprises a first connecting element having a hollow portion and at least one latch element. The hollow portion extends parallelly with respect to the axis of elongation of the manifold. The hollow portion enables rotation around the axis of elongation of the manifold so as to engage the first connecting element thereof. The latch element extends from a side of the hollow potion adapted to engage with the manifold to immobilize the first connecting element with respect to the manifold at least in an axis perpendicular to the axis of elongation of the manifold.

The present invention herein provides a heat exchanger for heat exchange between a first fluid and at least one second fluid. The heat exchanger includes a stack of primary plates forming at least one first channel for the first fluid and at least one second channel for the second fluid. Further, the primary plates comprise primary openings having a first cross-section and the primary openings being configured to form first manifolds for enabling first fluid circulation in the first channels and second manifolds for enabling second fluid circulation in the second channels. The heat exchanger further comprises at least one secondary plate disposed between the consecutive stacks of primary plates. Further, the secondary plate comprises secondary openings having a second cross-section. The secondary openings are complementary to and fluidically connected to the primary openings forming the first and second manifolds. In addition, the first cross-section is different from the second cross-section.
