Zusammenfassung
The invention relates to a method for forming a multi-ply fiber web (W) in a forming section (100), in which at least part of the forming is done in a twin-wire forming part formed between a first wire (10) for a first layer of the multi-ply fiber web and a second wire (20) for a second layer of the multi-ply fiber web, in which the layers for the multi-ply fiber web are joined in the twin-wire part at a joining location, in which twin-wire forming part water is removed from the joined layers of the multi-ply fiber web by a variable-curvature roll (50). In the method the layers of the multi-ply fiber web are joined at a curved surface stabilization element (32) by a nip between the curved surface stabilization element (32) and the first and second wire (10; 20) at the joining location. The invention also relates to a forming section (100) for forming a multi-ply fiber web (W) comprising at least one twin-wire forming part formed between a first wire (10) for a first layer of the multi-ply fiber web and a second wire (20) for a second layer of the multi-ply fiber web, which twin-wire part comprises a joining location, in which the layers for the multi-ply fiber web are joined, which twin-wire forming part comprises a variable-curvature roll (50). In beginning of the twin-wire part of the forming unit (110) a curved surface stabilization element (32) is located, that at the joining location between the curved surface stabilization element (32) and the first and second wire (10; 20) a nip is formed to join the layers of the multi-ply fiber web are joined. |

The invention relates to a method of a set change in a slitter-winder, in which method a set change is performed in a winder (10) of the slitter-winder by a set change system (10), which winder (10) is a two-drum winder and comprises two winding drums (11, 12), of which winding drums (11, 12) at least one is movable to adjust distance between the winding drums (11, 12), and a rider roll unit (20), in which winder customer rolls (15) are wound on support of the winding drums (11, 12) of partial webs of a slitted fiber web, which set change system (40) comprises an adhesive application device (23), a cutting device (22), roll pusher (21) and a core placer (24), which method is performed to remove a set of complete customer rolls (15) from the winder and to provide new cores for winding next set of customer rolls (15), in which method the adhesive application device (23) applies adhesive on partial webs running towards the customer rolls (15) and when the adhesive has reached surface of the customer rolls (15), the partial webs are cut by the cutting device (22), set of the completed customer rolls (15) are removed by the roll pusher (21) and new cores are set on support of the winding drums (11, 12) by the core placer to begin winding of next set of the customer rolls (15), wherein when the set of the complete customer rolls (15) have been removed, the winding drums (11, 12) are moved back towards their position for beginning of the winding and the new cores (14) are set by the core placer (24) on support of the winding drums (11, 12) from above simultaneously, when the roll pusher (21) reaches its turning point between its pushing movement and its return movement back to its rest position. In the method simultaneously with the movement of the roll pusher (21) back to its rest position the rider roll unit (20) is moved downwards towards its position at beginning of the winding of the next set of customer rolls (15) The invention also relates to a slitter-winder comprising a set change system (40). |

The pulper (10) has a rotor (13) and the arrangement includes a set having at least one counter piece (18) to be arranged in connection to the rotor (13). The counter piece (18) has several slots (24) at the surface facing the rotor (13). In addition, one or more slots (24) has one or more sharp edges (25). Also, the counter piece (18) has several through holes (23). Further, there is a clearance between the counter piece (18) and the rotor (13), and the clearance is 0,1 - 2 mm, preferably 0,5 - 1 mm. The invention also relates to a pulper for fibers. |

The invention also relates to a diameter profile measuring method for measurement of diameter profile of a set of customer rolls wound in a winder of a slitter-winder. |

The system comprises a pyrolysis reactor (100) for pyrolyzing pyrolyzable material (PM), a first particle separator (200) for separating the pyrolytic vapours (PV) and a first solid material fraction (SF1) from a pyrolysis product feed, and a particulate material heater (300) for heating the first solid material fraction. The particulate material heater (300) comprises second distributors (320) for feeding second fluidizing gas (Gas2) into the particulate material heater (300) to fluidize particulate material within the particulate material heater (300) and an electric heater (310) configured to electrically heat particulate material arranged in the particulate material heater (300). The invention relates also to a method for pyrolyzing pyrolyzable material (PM) to produce pyrolytic vapours (PV). The method comprises at a first period, heating the particulate material arranged in the particulate material heater (300) using an electrical heater (310), guiding heated particulate material from the particulate material heater (300) into the pyrolysis reactor (100). |

The beam (7) is positioned under the bottom (6) for supporting the bottom, and the beam (7) is also positioned between the at least two side walls (4) at a distance from each side wall (4). The ends of the beam (7) extend under the vertical portions (3a) of the at least two end walls (3). The arrangement also comprises at least one rod (8) between each end of the beam (7) and the corresponding vertical portion (3a) of the side wall.
