The present invention provides a manhole monitoring system (10) including: a smart monitoring device (110) installable on or to a manhole cover (20); and a shape adapter (120) installable on or to a base frame (30) mated with the manhole cover (20), wherein the smart monitoring device (110) includes a pressure sensor configurable to cooperate with the shape adapter (120) to detect existence of the manhole cover (20) at the base frame (30), wherein the manhole monitoring system (10) can be installed on site or off site by workers without entering into the confined space in the manhole, and wherein the present invention not only prevents working accidents caused by hazards in the confined space, but it also significantly reduces the time and manpower for installation.

A relay delay turn-off circuit and a relay control method. The relay delay turn-off circuit includes a power control chip (1) outputting a first safety signal, a micro-control chip (2) outputting a second safety signal and a control group signal, a delay module (3), and a relay driving module (4). The delay module (3) receives the first safety signal, the second safety signal, and the control group signal, and outputs a first enable signal (EN1), a second enable signal (EN2), and a safety status signal. When the micro-control chip (2) resets, the first enable signal (EN1) delays a turn-off action of the relay driving module (4) until after a preset time, which is greater than a reset time. The power control chip (1) and the micro-control chip (2) output the first safety signal and the second safety signal according to their respective safety states.

The present application relates to a plug-in device and a high-voltage power distribution box. The plug-in device includes a male end assembly and a female end assembly. The female end assembly includes an outer bracket, an inner bracket, a first elastic-pressing part, and a second elastic-pressing part. The outer bracket and the inner bracket are able to slide along a preset axis and have a limit fit. The first elastic-pressing part is connected to the inner bracket, and an electrical plug-in groove is defined on an inner side of the first elastic-pressing part. In a case where the male end assembly is inserted into the electrical plug-in groove, the first elastic-pressing part is able to apply elastic forces in opposite directions to two ends of the male end assembly that are disposed opposite to each other along the preset axis, respectively. The second elastic-pressing part is disposed between the inner bracket and the outer bracket. One end of the second elastic-pressing part is connected to one of the inner bracket and the outer bracket, and another end of the second elastic-pressing part is able to apply elastic forces in opposite directions to two ends of another of the inner bracket and the outer bracket that are disposed opposite to each other along the preset axis, respectively. The plug-in device and the high-voltage power distribution box provided in the present application solve the problem that looseness and displacement of fixing members of a plug-in member may lead to plastic deformation of the male end or the female end of the plug-in member and contact failure of the plug-in member.
