Über die Kanzlei
Beck & Rössig European Patent Attorneys wurde 1999 als Boutique-Kanzlei in München gegründet und wird von Michael Beck und Rolf Rössig geprägt, die beide über ein Maschinenbaustudium in den Patentberuf fanden, Beck an der TU Darmstadt, Rössig in Augsburg und München mit Schwerpunkt Luftfahrttechnik. Die Kanzlei vertritt Mandanten vor dem Europäischen Patentamt, dem Deutschen Patent- und Markenamt, der WIPO und dem Einheitlichen Patentgericht (UPC) und übernimmt neben Anmeldungen auch Einspruchs-, Löschungs- und Nichtigkeitsverfahren sowie Gutachten zu Verletzung und Rechtsbestand. Fachlich liegt der Fokus auf komplexer Maschinenbautechnik, Automobiltechnik, Medizintechnik und Cybersicherheit. Die bewusst schlanke Struktur der Kanzlei soll nach eigener Aussage eine kosteneffiziente, präzise Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Fälle ermöglichen.

A stacked package includes a substrate (110), conductive pillars (122), a semiconductor element (150), electronic elements (130) and an encapsulant (140). An electronic element mounting area (111B) and a conductive pillar mounting area (111C) are defined on a surface of the substrate, the conductive pillar mounting area is located between the electronic element mounting area and one of edges of the surface. The conductive pillars are mounted only on the conductive pillar mounting area and electrically connected to the substrate and the semiconductor element, thus the electronic elements can be mounted on the electronic element mounting area where without the conductive pillars to improve electronic performance of the stacked package. The encapsulant is provided between the substrate and the semiconductor element to encapsulate the conductive pillars and the electronic elements and support the semiconductor element. |

An object of the invention is to provide a method for economically and environmentally friendly collecting carbon powder for an anode from a waste lithium-ion secondary battery, a recycled anode carbon powder obtained from therefrom, and a lithium-ion secondary battery to which the recycled anode carbon powder is applied. To achieve the object, a method for recycling an anode material includes a step (a) of loading a heat treatment object including the anode material into a heat treatment furnace, a step (b) of raising an internal temperature of the heat treatment furnace to increase to a range of about 100°C to about 400°C, a step (c) of heat-treating the heat treatment object at the increased temperature, and a step (d) of discharging first powder made after the heat treatment of the heat treatment object is completed. The first powder includes recycled anode powder selected from the group consisting of recycled carbon powder, silicon powder, silicon oxide powder, carbon-silicon composite material powder, or combinations thereof, and the heat treatment object includes at least a portion of a waste lithium-ion secondary battery or wastes generated during a process of manufacturing the lithium-ion secondary battery or a process of manufacturing the anode material. |

An object of the invention is to provide a method for economically and environmentally friendly collecting an olivine-structured cathode active material from wastes containing the olivine-structured cathode active material that is structurally stable, a recycled cathode active material obtainable therefrom, and a lithium-ion secondary battery in which the recycled cathode active material is applied. To achieve the above object, the method for recycling the olivine-structured cathode active material includes a step (a) of loading a heat treatment object containing an olivine-structured cathode active material into a heat treatment furnace, a step (b) of raising an internal temperature of the heat treatment furnace to a range of about 150°C to about 400°C, a step (c) of maintaining the increased internal temperature to thermally treat the heat treatment object, and a step (d) of discharging first powder produced after the heat treatment is completed. The first powder comprises recycled olivine-structured cathode active material, and the heat treatment object comprises at least a portion of the waste lithium-ion secondary battery or wastes generated during the cathode active material manufacturing process. |
