The invention relates to a device (1) for rounding dough pieces, comprising: - a conveyor (2) with a transport surface (2A) for transporting the dough pieces (3) in a transport direction (T); - A first mould part (4): ∘ comprising one or more cups (4A) with an opening facing the transport surface (2A), ∘ with a directional component (D) perpendicular to the transport surface, movable between: • a rounding position in which the first mould part (4) rests on the transport surface (2A); and • a release position in which the first mould part (4) is located at a distance from the transport surface (2A); - A second mould part (5): ∘ comprising one or more cups (5A) with an opening facing the transport surface (2A), ∘ movable with a directional component (D) perpendicular to the transport surface (2A), between • a rounding position in which the second mould part (5) is positioned adjacent to the transport surface (2A); and • a release position in which the second mould part (5) is located at a distance from the transport surface (2A); - A first drive (10), for moving the first mould part (4) in at least the rounding position relative to the transport surface (2A) in a circle (11) with a radius around a rotation axis (12) extending perpendicularly to the transport surface (2A); and - A second drive (20), for moving the second mould part (5) in at least the rounding position relative to the transport surface (2A) in a second circle (21) with a second variable radius around a rotation axis (22) extending perpendicularly to the transport surface (2A); wherein - The device (1) is configured to keep the orientation of the first and second mould parts (4, 5), being the direction in which they extend, unchanged during the circular movement relative to the conveyor (2); characterized in that - The first and second drives (10, 20) are coupled and are arranged to always move the first and second mould parts (4, 5) in a circle (11, 21) with the same radius and at the same speed but mutually in an exactly opposite direction and thus in antiphase.

Device for rolling up dough pieces, in particular triangular dough pieces for croissants, comprising a substantially flat first conveyor, such as a first conveyor belt, for feeding the dough pieces in a conveying direction;A first roller, rotatably mounted at a downstream end adjacent to the first conveyor, whose axial direction extends perpendicular to the conveying direction and whose mantle or lateral surface is provided with holes, in particular arranged in a regular pattern; A vacuum device, for applying a negative pressure to the first roller, for drawing the dough pieces towards the first roller through the holes; A substantially flat second conveyor, such as a second conveyor belt, mounted adjacent to the first roller, in particular parallel to and more in particular in line with the first conveyor, for feeding the dough pieces in a conveying direction; A rotatably suspended second roller for rolling up dough pieces, movable between: • A first position, where the second roller is located at the end of the second conveyor facing the first roller; and • A second position, where the second roller is located above the second conveyor, in particular so far that the distance between the second roller and the second conveyor is either larger than an at least partially rolled dough piece, or larger than 2 cm, more particularly larger than 3 cm, even more particularly larger than 4 cm, even more particularly larger than 5 cm, even more particularly larger than 6 cm.

System for determining the presence of bats in an area, comprising: - A number of ultrasonic sound detector units, ∘ configured to detect a bat sound and to store the detected sound or the detected sound-representing data together with a time stamp; wherein ∘ the detector units are distributed over the surface of the area; - A central readout device for the detector units, configured for: ∘ reading out the detected sound stored by the detector units or the detected sound-representing data together with the time stamp, and for ∘ storing the detected sounds or the detected sound-representing data of the detector units in a data storage location such as a database, together with the time stamps and with location data of the detector units; - A data processing device, ∘ for mapping the number of bat sounds on the basis of the locations within the area where they have been determined.
