The technical solution according to the invention, involves the insertion and technological implementation of a new and innovative functional block called Modulation Block, in the structure - known in itself - of reaction flowmeters, in order to generalize and make the application more flexible, for measuring a range of flow values expressed by a extended range of turndown values. The reference block represented by the inletconnection (1) ensures the constant value of the reference value XR = A1 , where A1 is the exit area from (BR), implicitly also the inlet area into the reaction tube (2) of the Modulated Reaction Element (ERM), related to the Sensitive Block (BS) which together with the Reference Block (BR), builts up the Primary Element (EP) of the flowmeter. The invention changes the role of the outlet nozzle of the modulated reaction element (ERM), transforming it into a nozzle with a variable area, by introducing the element, called Modulator (M), made in two versions, respectively "inner Modulator" and "outer Modulator", which performs the function of the Modulation Block (BM) together with a Pair Part (PP). The Modulator (M) ensures, when the flow varies, a variation of the area of the outlet nozzle of the reaction element in the form of a circular crown, which determines a modulated dependence between the reaction force and the measured flow rate, under the conditions of realization by means of a Balancing Block of the Reaction Moment (BEMMR) aimed at measuring the moment of the reaction force and balancing the opposite moment by a moment transducer, through a proportional angular rotation of its sensitive element (ES), implicitly determining the angular position depending on a modulated manner related to the measured flow rate, of the reaction element (ER). The method, according to the invention, provides for the steps of modulating the dependence between the force exerted on the modulated reaction element (ER) of a flowmeter in relation to the measured flow, which in a first stage presents the steps of realizing and implementing the A Modulation based on a single modulation curve, and in a second stage, intended for the situation in which, for the first stage use, the target value of the turndown was not achieved, is ensured a combined modulation by an aditional B Modulation curve, with A Modulation curve, |

This invention relates to a quick-freezing equipment, cabinet type, with discontinuous operation, using the method of freezing by contact with liquid nitrogen, in order to reduce the temperature of the products to the temperature of storage in a frozen state. The multifunctional quick-freezing equipment consists of a support frame (S), a double thermal insulated enclosure (IE), a tray rack (TR), a tray rack drive system (DS), a mechanical vapour ventilation plant (MV), a liquid nitrogen supply plant (NS), a mechanical vapour compression freezing refrigeration plant (CP), a Dewar vessel (DV) with purge head and respectively an automation plant (AP). The double thermal insulated enclosure (IE) is made in the form of a construction made up of two enclosures separated by a common wall and allows the reuse of nitrogen vapours that have not yet been used at maximum efficiency in the quick-freezing room (2) for additional cooling the adjacent room (3). The tray rack drive system (DS) and a liquid nitrogen supply plant (NS) are configured to, through a synergistic action, purge liquid nitrogen with high precision and flat distribution on the target surface and to homogenize the exposure to the liquid nitrogen jets. The automation plant (AP) is configured both to avoid the entrainment of liquid nitrogen particles and the deviation of their trajectory towards the side walls of the enclosure, and to quickly pass the phase of maximum crystallization of the aqueous solution contained in the product. |

Zusammenfassung
The invention relates to a mobile equipment with electromechanical drive intended for processing hemp stalks, from experimental plots, for fibre. The equipment for hemp fibre processing , according to the invention, consists of the support (1) constructed of assembled parts and having four wheels for movement (2), a handle (3) and two adjustable legs (4) for its positioning during work. On the support (1) is mounted a stalk processing module (5) comprising a housing (6) with two rollers (7) and (8) for driving hemp stalks and two profiled blade rollers (9) and (10) that will defoliate the stalks introduced into the inlet only with the upper part of the stalk. Simultaneous drive of this set of rollers is done by an electric motor (11) and a V-belt drive (12), the electric motor is controlled by means of a frequency converter mounted in the electrical control panel (13). The two rollers (7) and (8), having on the outer surface a jacket (14), will drive the hemp stalks and are positioned by means of fixed bearings (15) and two adjustable bearings (16) which are actuated by two adjustable springs (17) and two threaded rods (18). The rollers (7) and (8) are driven together by two cylindrical pulley wheels (19) and (20) and the rollers (9) and (10) are driven together by two cylindrical pulley wheels (21) and (22) and between the two pairs of rollers the Gall chain drive (23) is used. The blade rollers (9) and (10) which are used to remove the leaves from the stalks are constructed of a single body (24) provided with special grooves (25) in which the profiled blades (26) are positioned by means of wedges (27) and screws (28). On the same support and in the immediate vicinity of the defoliation roller housing (6) is mounted a housing (29) with six rollers (30) which hull the hemp stalks to obtain fibre. These rollers are simultaneously driven by a coaxial gear motor (31) and a Gall chain drive (32). In this processing block, the woody part of the stalks is fragmented and the hemp fibre is partially separated. |

Technical solution according to the invention relates to a method and the computer system intended for capturing and analyzing the repetitive actions generated by the employee-computer interaction, in order to extract the business analysis elements necessary to support the management decisions. The hardware infrastructure on which the software infrastructure for implementing the steps of the method is operational, comprises the computer network (Computer HW 1... n) of the employees, connected to the Internet and to the physical server (HW Server), on which the Work Analytics Platform (WAP) and the ArangoDB NoSQL database.The Individual Hardware Key (IHK) connects to the USB port of each employee computer and communicates with the Data Collection Tool (DCT) application to authenticate the user and start the recording process, the data being collected from the computers, automatically imported in the Cloud and saved in collections in the database.The method according to the invention identifies all activities performed during a working day, for the purpose of optimization and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and, for this purpose, an algorithm is applied to identify the relevant repetitive actions, directly from the data recorded during computer interaction.The proposed architecture is capable of processing large amounts of data, collected over long periods of time, for a large number of employees. |
