A bidirectional V2G module with grid-connected and off-grid functionality comprises a control circuit, a rectification inverter circuit, and a bidirectional DCDC conversion circuit. The bidirectional DCDC conversion circuit comprises a transformer bank, a primary bus side circuit, and at least one secondary energy storage circuit. The primary bus side circuit comprises a power bus positive terminal VBUS+, a power bus negative terminal VBUS-, and a plurality of primary balance branches. Each branch comprises a switching tube, an inductor, a primary energy storage capacitor, and a primary balance capacitor. The secondary energy storage circuit comprises a secondary switching tube, a secondary energy storage capacitor, and a secondary energy storage inductor. The primary balance switching tubes synchronously switching while the secondary balance switching tubes are proved with complementary switch to the corresponding primary balance switching tubes.

A bidirectional DCDC conversion circuit comprises a transformer, a power bus side circuit, a battery side circuit, and a controller. The power bus side circuit and the battery side circuit are respectively connected to the primary and secondary sides of the transformer. The bus side switching transistors synchronously conducts or turns off, and on/off of the battery side switch tube is in reverse phase with on/off of the bus side switch tube, thereby achieving bidirectional operation of battery charging and discharging. Multiple energy storage branches are connected in series or parallel, and output vibration can be effectively reduced through phase offset control. Th econversion circuit is free of an additional balancing circuit, and the balancing capacitor on the power supply side will automatically balance the bus voltage, thereby improving the conversion efficiency of the circuit.

The method can address the problem of low accuracy of whole blood sample detection in prior art and is suitable for the field of whole blood sample detection.

An embodiment of the present application provides a drainage tube and a drainage device, which relates to the technical field of medical devices. The drainage tube includes a drainage portion, a porous loose structure and a granulation barrier structure. The drainage portion has a first drainage channel, and the drainage portion is provided with a first drainage opening in communication with the first drainage channel. The drainage portion is covered with the porous loose structure. The porous loose structure is covered with the granulation barrier structure. The granulation barrier structure has a second drainage opening, wherein the second drainage opening, the porous loose structure, the first drainage opening and the first drainage channel are in communication. With the provision of a granulation barrier structure, while the requirements of negative pressure adsorption can be met, the granulation is prevented from growing into the porous loose structure, thereby reducing the bleeding of granulation tissue and improving the therapeutic effect of negative pressure drainage.

The present disclosure provides an encrypted transmission system and method for medical data, which relates to the technical field of medical data. A server, in response to a medical data analysis request, performs encrypted transmission of model parameters with each client by the following steps: the server receives a model parameter acquisition request sent by the client; the server performs identity authentication of the client based on request authentication information corresponding to the client; when the identity authentication of the client is passed, the server generates a key string based on historical optimized model parameters corresponding to the client and performs encryption on a current round of to-be sent optimized model parameters to generate a ciphertext data packet and send to the client; the client determines a decryption key based on the identifier and decrypts the received ciphertext data packet to obtain the optimized model parameters; and the client updates a local analysis model based on the obtained optimized model parameters, enabling the server to determine a next round of optimized model parameters for the client.

Disclosed are systems and methods associated with an improved optical switch. An optical switch may include light sources configured to produce a set of control beams co-aligned with a communication beam and that interact with each of a set of MEMS mirrors. Each of the set of control beams are passed through a respective screen so as to generate an image corresponding to a layout of an associated MEMS mirror that can then be analyzed to affect an operation of the optical switch, such as by managing an orientation and/or position of each MEMS mirror. In some aspects, the one or more hardware processors may utilize AI techniques to reduce processing time and learn behavior of the optical switch. In some aspects, the system may utilize the information to generate alerts and/or information relating to the end of life or other operational parameters of the optical switch.
