A vibration damping system for bicycles and, more particularly, for handlebars and seatposts of bicycles of the competition type (racing bicycles), triathlon, gravel, mountain bikes, electric bicycles, city bicycles and the like, comprising a plurality of damping pads stabilized internally and/or externally to a handlebar and/or a seatpost of a bicycle at areas of a handlebar (12, 30) and/or a seatpost assembly (50) in which vibrations transmitted from the terrain to the wheels, the frame and the cyclist are concentrated.

A surface cleaning device is provided according to the present application, including a main unit and a cleaning head movably connected to the main unit. The cleaning head includes a housing and a cover mounted on the housing. The housing and the cover jointly define a suction chamber, in which a scrubbing member for cleaning a surface to be cleaned is arranged. The cover includes a main body and an upper cover plate pivotally mounted on the main body. A scraping member is arranged on the upper cover plate and is disposed in front of the scrubbing member in a running direction. A driving mechanism is configured to drive the upper cover plate to rotate around a rotating shaft, enabling the scraping member to move between a first position and a second position. The scraping member is configured in such a way that the scraping member is away from the surface to be cleaned when it is in the first position, and that the scraping member is in contact with the surface to be cleaned when it is in the second position. By adopting this structure, during a back-and-forth mopping operation performed by a user, water stains on the ground can be effectively removed with a simple structure, thereby enhancing the cleaning effect.
