Livestock shed (1) comprising a slatted floor (5) and a manure discharge device (7) located underneath it, comprising a tubular manure discharge chute (9) with a round cross-section and an opening (11) extending lengthwise in the top of the manure discharge chute, the manure discharge device (7) is provided on either side of the manure discharge chute (9) with a manure guide surface (13) sloping downwards towards the manure discharge chute and a spiral screw conveyor (15) located in the manure discharge chute (9), which screw conveyor (15) is rotated about the centerline (19) by drive means (17) during operation. The core of the screw conveyor (15) is open and the inner edge (15a) of the spiral of the screw conveyor (15) is free.

In an apparatus for accurately moving a stamp to a substrate, the stamp (3) is moved in the z-direction over a greater distance than in the x- and y-directions. The apparatus (1) comprises three plane mirrors (7), which are present perpendicular to the z-direction on the top side of the stamp (3), and three pairs (9) of further plane mirrors (11), with the two further plane mirrors (11) of each pair (9) at right angles to each other. The further plane mirrors (11) are elongated and extend in z-direction and are attached to the stamp (3) at three different locations. The apparatus (1) further comprises three interferometers (15) which are present at a distance above the stamp (3), and three further interferometers (19) which are present at a distance next to the stamp (3). Adjacent each further interferometer (19) a zero-shear mirror (23) is arranged.

A livestock barn 1 has a pitched roof 3 that rests on barn walls. The roof structure has a number of rafters 5 spaced apart. Each rafter 5 has two rafter legs 7 that are attached to each other at the roof ridge and slope downwards. The roof 3 also has a ceiling with fire-resistant panels 11, which are mainly made of magnesium oxide or fiber concrete and are spaced apart from the rafter legs 7. A roof covering 9 is present on the rafters 5. This consists, for example, of corrugated sheets. The fire-resistant sheets 11 run parallel to the roof covering 9 and have a thickness that can vary between 1.5 and 12 mm. The roof covering 9 is supported by beams attached to purlins 15 via spacers 17. These purlins 15 are attached to the bottom of the rafter legs 7 and extend perpendicularly to the rafter legs 7.

A serving aid has a suspension structure 3 with four elongated elements 5 that are connected crosswise at the upper ends by bridge pieces 9. The elongated elements 5 are further connected crosswise via further bridge pieces 11 at points spaced from the upper ends. Trays 13 are attached to these further bridge pieces 11, on which serving utensils and glasses can be placed. The upper bridge pieces 9 are suspended in the middle from a crossbar 15 attached to a mast 17. The mast's 17 lower end is located in a connector 19 attached to a belt 21. This belt 21 is part of a harness 23 worn by the operating staff. Near the top of the harness, harness 23 is connected to mast 17 via a connecting element 25.

A method of manufacturing an insulation panel 2 comprising a housing 5, 6 provided with an interior 7 filled with hemp hurd 1, the method comprising the steps of: - providing the housing 5, 6 for receiving hemp hurd 1; - receiving, by the housing 5, 6, pieces of hemp hurd 1 in the interior 7 thereof; - vibrating, by a vibrating apparatus, the housing 5, 6 comprising the pieces of hemp hurd 1 for compacting the hemp hurd 1 provided in the interior 7 and obtaining the insulation panel 2, wherein the hemp hurd 1 and the interior 7 is free from a binder material.

The tractor 3 of a tractor-trailer combination 1 is equipped with a fifth wheel 7 and the semi-trailer 7 is equipped with a kingpin 9 that is coupled to the fifth wheel 7. The kingpin 9 is equipped with a marker 11, and the tractor 3 has a sensor 13 for determining the position of the marker 11 relative to the fifth wheel 7. The tractor 3 and the trailer 5 are equipped with lines 15 and 17 connected to coupling pieces 19 and 21. These coupling pieces are connected by a coupling device 23 during or after coupling the kingpin 9 to the fifth wheel 7. This coupling device 23 has coupling means 25 for connecting the coupling pieces if they are positioned directly or almost directly opposite each other, and displacement means 27 for bringing the coupling pieces straight or almost straight in front of each other.
