The invention relates to a clamping element (1) suitable to clamp to a portion (100) of an element (101), the clamping element (1) having a housing (2) with a receiving space (4), the housing (2) having an opening (5) that connects the outside of the housing (2) with the receiving space (4), a clip (3) arranged inside the housing (2), the clip (3) having a first leg (6) and a second leg (7) arranged opposite each other, a bridge (8) connecting the first leg (6) and the second leg (7), the receiving space (4) at least partially being arranged between the first leg (6) and the second leg (7), wherein a force needs to be applied to move the first leg (6) away from the second leg (7) and in a pre-assembly state of the clip (3), which describes the position that the elements of the clip (3) have prior to the portion (100) of the element (101) that is to be clamped having been introduced into the receiving space (4), the first leg (6) with regard to its relative position relative to the second leg (7) is held in a first position by being connected to a first part (9) of the housing (2), the connection of the first leg (6) with the first part (9) of the housing (2) being provided by a holding protrusion (11) of the first leg (6) being arranged behind a holding ledge (13) of the first part (9) of the housing (2), the contact between the holding protrusion (11) of the first leg (6) and the holding ledge (13) being lost, if the first leg (6) is moved in a sliding manner within the housing (2) and/or the first leg (6) being connected to the first part (9) of housing (2) by a breakable connection that can be broken by applying a shearing force to it, the second leg (7) being connected to a second part (10) of the housing (2), the connection of the second leg (7) with the second part (10) of the housing (2) being provided by a holding protrusion (12) of the second leg (7) being arranged behind a holding ledge (14) of the second part (10) of the housing (2) and/or the second leg (7) being connected to the second part (10) of the housing (2) by a breakable connection that can be broken by applying a shearing force to it, whereby in the first position of the first leg (6), the first leg (6) is spaced apart from second leg (7) to such an extent that the clip (3) is in a tensioned state creating a restoring force onto the first leg (6) that is directed to moving the first leg (6) towards a second position of the first leg (6) that is closer towards the second leg (7) than the first position. |

Zusammenfassung
The holding device (10) which allows holding a movable door leaf in an open configuration comprises a tubular body (11) and a rod (12) slidably mounted and capable of occupying a first retracted position corresponding to a closed configuration of the door leaf and a second partially extended position corresponding to the open configuration of the door leaf. The body (11) internally delimits at least one longitudinal stop abutment (16) and the rod (12) delimits at least one blocking notch (17) capable of switching between a retracted configuration and a deployed configuration. The longitudinal sliding of the rod (12) from the first position toward the second position automatically places the blocking notch (17) in its deployed configuration in which the blocking notch (17) bears longitudinally against the stop abutment (16) so as to block unidirectionally the rod (12) longitudinally in its second position and to prevent the sliding of the rod (12) in the direction of its first position. The rod (12) can occupy a third fully extended position through a longitudinal sliding from the second position in a direction (S1) opposite to the first position. The blocking notch (17) delimits a lateral bearing shoulder (18) engaging with at least one linear stop system (19) delimited by the body (11) during a longitudinal sliding of the rod (12) from the third position toward a fourth position longitudinally located between the first position and the second position. The linear stop system (19) is configured so as to control, by driving the blocking notch (17) at the level of its engaged lateral bearing shoulder (18), the passage and the holding of the blocking notch (17) in its retracted configuration during the sliding of the rod (12) from the third position to the fourth position. |

Eine Steckmutter (1) zum Befestigen eines Anbauteiles an einem Trägerteil verfügt über ein Lagerteil (2) und über ein separates Verschiebeteil (16), die relativ zueinander in einer Längsrichtung verschiebbar sind. Weiterhin ist eine Federanordnung mit einem Federarm (11) vorhanden, der ein frei beweglich gelagertes Betätigungsende (13) aufweist. Bei verschiedenen Relativlagen des Verschiebeteiles (16) in Bezug auf das Lagerteil (2) ist das Betätigungsende (13) ebenfalls in verschiedenen Positionen angeordnet, wobei der Federarm (11) in jeder Position bei entsprechender Verformung eine Andruckkraft auf das Verschiebeteil (16) ausübt. Durch die nach Zusammenfügen des Lagerteiles (2) und des Verschiebeteiles 16) zweiteilige Ausgestaltung der Steckmutter (1) und die freie Beweglichkeit des Betätigungsendes (13) lässt sich die Steckmutter (1) verhältnismäßig einfach herstellen sowie mit verhältnismäßig kräftig ausgeführten und damit stabilen Federarmen (11) mit sehr unterschiedlich dicken Anbauteilen verwenden. |

The present disclosure provides a spacer (20) for a shipping bolt. In one embodiment, the spacer includes a head (40), an elongated body (22), and an insert (28). The head and the elongated body each comprise a durometer greater than the insert. Together, the head and the elongated body provide a structure within which the insert is disposed to absorb forces otherwise imposed upon a bolt inserted through the spacer. The disclosure also provides a method of using the spacer to secure a component of an appliance. In a second embodiment, the spacer is of a unitary construction and manufactured of an elastomeric material. In the second embodiment the spacer is configured to absorb forces imposed upon a bolt inserted therethrough, using a combination of specially designed ribs and webs interconnecting concentric cylinders that partially define the opening. |
