In one method, the method includes the first UE establishing the sidelink unicast link with the second UE, wherein a first lower-layer identity of the first UE and a second lower-layer identity of the second UE are used for communicating between the first UE and the second UE via the sidelink unicast link (1205). The method also includes the first UE transmitting a Link Identifier Update Request message to the second UE, wherein the Link Identifier Update Request message includes a new first lower-layer identity of the first UE or information for deriving the new first lower-layer identity (1210). The method further includes the first UE receiving a Link Identifier Update Response message from the second UE (1215). In addition, the method includes the first UE continuing to use the first lower-layer identity for receiving sidelink data from the second UE until a sidelink data frame with the new first lower-layer identity is received from the second UE (1220). |

It includes an image buffer connecting to the system end, the image buffer temporarily storing N pieces of the frame data sent by the system end, an input device generating a control signal; a display panel; and an image transmitter connected to the image buffer, the display panel and the input device. The image transmitter displays the frame data on the display panel. When in the reading mode, the image transmitter receives the control signal generated by the input device, and retrieves the specific frame data from the image buffer and sends it to the display panel for displaying. |

Preferably, the method includes the first UE storing a list of sidelink configurations, wherein each entry in the list contains one sidelink configuration and at least one PC5 QoS identifier (PQI) associated with the one sidelink configuration (2005). The method further includes the first UE selecting an entry in the list according to a PQI of a PC5 QoS flow from a sidelink service (2010). The method also includes the first UE establishing a SL LCH for the PC5 QoS flow according to a sidelink configuration of the entry and assigning an identity for the SL LCH (2015). In addition, the method includes the first UE transmitting information to a second UE for the second UE to establish the SL LCH, wherein the information includes at least the identity of the SL LCH, an identity of the PC5 QoS flow, and Transmission-Reception (TX-RX) aligned parameters included in the sidelink configuration (2020). Furthermore, the method includes the first UE transmitting sidelink packet(s) from the PC5 QoS flow on the SL LCH (2025). |
