According to the technical solutions of the embodiments of the disclosure, the layout path of the text to be processed can be adjusted easily and conveniently, diversified presentation of text layout styles can be achieved, and the visual effects of the text can be enriched. |

Provided are a display chip and a display apparatus and a preparation method therefor. The display chip comprises: an epitaxial layer, the epitaxial layer comprising a first semiconductor layer, a quantum well light-emitting layer, and a second semiconductor layer which are sequentially stacked and arranged; a first reflective layer, which is located on the side of the second semiconductor layer away from the first semiconductor layer; a first metal binding layer, which is located on the side of the first reflective layer away from an epitaxial structure; a heat dissipation layer, the heat dissipation layer comprising a first heat dissipation layer and/or a second heat dissipation layer. The first heat dissipation layer is located between the epitaxial structure and the first reflective layer, the second heat dissipation layer is located on the side of the first reflective layer away from the epitaxial structure, the second heat dissipation layer is provided with a first opening exposing the first reflective layer, and the first metal binding layer is arranged on the side of the second heat dissipation layer away from the first reflective layer and fills the first opening. The described structure may improve the heat dissipation performance of the display chip. |

Zusammenfassung
The present disclosure provides a full-color Micro-LED chip, a display device, and a manufacturing method. The full-color Micro-LED chip comprises a functional layer provided on a substrate layer; the functional layer comprises an n-type semiconductor layer and a quantum well layer which are stacked in a second direction; the functional layer comprises at least one unit group; each unit group comprises a first sub-unit, a second sub-unit, and a third sub-unit which are distributed in a first direction; the first direction intersects with the second direction; and the surface of a blue light quantum well layer of the first sub-unit facing away from the n-type semiconductor layer, the surface of a green light quantum well layer of the second sub-unit facing away from the n-type semiconductor layer, and the surface of a red light quantum well layer of the third sub-unit facing away from the n-type semiconductor layer are flush with one another. According to the present disclosure, simultaneous monolithic integration of RGB full-color Micro-LED chips can be achieved, and the advantages of simple manufacturing process and the like are achieved. |
