A balloon expanded stent delivery system includes an inflation constraint, such as a wire, spirally wound about the longitudinal axis in contact with a balloon and attached to an underlying catheter. A balloon expanded stent is mounted about the balloon and the inflation constraint. The delivery system has a predeployment configuration with the balloon deflated and the stent unexpanded. The system has a deployment configuration in which the inflation constraint constrains the inflated balloon to a spiral shape, the stent is expanded and in contact with the balloon, and the stent has a flow directing surface with a spiral contour that matches the spiral shape of the balloon. In a postdeployment configuration, the stent retains the flow directing surface with the spiral contour. |

Stent grafts and methods of deployment thereof are provided. In an embodiment, the stent graft (10, 10') includes a tubular graft body having a graft wall defining a lumen extending between first and second end openings. A stent structure is coupled along the graft wall. A top stent (60, 60') includes a first portion coupled along an inner surface of the graft body at attachment locations, and a second portion extending beyond the first end opening outside of the graft body. The attachment locations are circumferentially spaced from one another in an annular pattern. An end of the stent structure is spaced from the first end opening by a clearance length. When the stent graft (10, 10') is in the radially expanded configuration, the first portion retracts to a retracted length from an extended length, and a portion of the second portion has a greater cross-sectional area and a different cross-sectional shape than the graft body. |

In some embodiments, the valve arrangement comprises a third biocompatible material having four sides, wherein three of the four sides are secured to the graft. |

The prosthesis also includes a first limb (26) that extends from the distal end of the tubular main body along the anterior side of the main body. The first limb has a diameter less than the diameter of the tubular main body and having a proximal end and a distal end. The prosthesis also includes a fenestration (24) adjacent to the proximal end of the first limb. The fenestration extends from the proximal end of the first limb to the posterior side of the tubular main body. The prosthesis also includes a second limb (214) that extends within the internal lumen from the fenestration toward the proximal end of the tubular main body. The fenestration has a substantially diamond shape and a nonlinear profile, and the second limb extends into the lumen along the posterior side of the tubular main body. |
