The method includes: receiving a first message that is sent by a network side and that carries a quality of service class identifier and first indication information, where the first message is used to indicate to create a first bearer, and the first indication information is used to indicate that a to-be-created bearer has target bearer configuration information; and sending a first response message to the network side; receiving a second message that is sent by the network side and that carries the service quality class identifier, where the second message further carries second indication information or does not carry the first indication information and the second indication information, the second message is used to indicate to delete the first bearer, and the second indication information is used to indicate that the to-be-deleted bearer does not have the target bearer configuration information; and deleting the target bearer configuration information of the first bearer in response to the second message. In this way, when a network exception occurs, impact on a terminal service can be reduced, thereby improving stability and reliability of the terminal service.

The present invention relates to the field of terminal technologies, and more specifically, to a display method, a terminal device, and a computer-readable medium. In the method, an attribute configuration of disabling an operation of pulling down a status bar but displaying a banner notification is added, and an attribute corresponding to the operation of pulling down the status bar on a terminal device such as a mobile phone is decoupled from an attribute corresponding to display of the banner notification, to balance a requirement for immersive experience of a user and requirements such as checking an important notification message in time. Even if the terminal device enters a notification disabled state, the operation of pulling down the status bar is disabled, and the banner notification can still be displayed. In this way, in different immersive scenarios, the banner notification may be displayed for a prompt according to a requirement of the user, to avoid missing an important notification message, thereby improving user experience.

When a first timer expires, is not running, or is not configured, and no resource is available for a delay status report, a scheduling request is triggered. One or more duration values of the first timer are less than a minimum value of one or more duration values of a second timer. A duration of the first timer is reasonably set, so that the scheduling request may be reasonably triggered when no resource is available for the delay status report, thereby sending the delay status report in a timely manner.
