Embodiments of this application relate to the field of terminal technologies, and provide a home screen display method and apparatus. The method includes: When a terminal device detects a combined scenario, for example, a scenario in which the terminal device displays a home screen, enters a settings application and performs screen rotation, sets a wallpaper, and exits a home screen application, and when it is determined that configuration change information sent by another module is not received, the terminal device may actively obtain the configuration change information. As a result, the home screen application can adaptively adjust a home screen layout based on a screen rotation direction, thereby reducing a layout anomaly.

Embodiments of this application provide a picture dragging method and a related apparatus, which are applied to the field of terminal technologies. In the method, when a user touches and holds a target control, if an electronic device determines that a format of a drawable object of the target control is not a first format, the electronic device redraws the drawable object of the target control to obtain a drawn picture, where content of the drawn picture includes picture content of the target control, so as to copy and store the picture content of the target control, thereby reducing a quantity of operations of copying the content of the target control. In addition, the electronic device may further create a drag box and display the drawn picture in the drag box, so as to prompt, by displaying the drag box, the user that the picture content of the target control has been copied and stored, so that the user can perform dragging. The drag box may move along with a first touch operation. The electronic device may further start a second application in a movement process, so as to reduce a quantity of operations of enabling a service for receiving the picture content of the target control, thereby improving user experience of using the electronic device.

This application provides an image motion estimation method and a related apparatus. An electronic device may intercept rendering instructions of an application for image frames, obtain related resources of the image frames based on the rendering instructions, and combine an optical flow motion estimation method and a 3D playfield motion estimation method to perform motion estimation on two adjacent image frames, to determine motion vector information between the two adjacent image frames. In this way, the motion estimation effect between the two adjacent image frames can be improved.

This application discloses a cell fault processing method and a communication apparatus. The method includes: acquiring first fault information, the first fault information indicating that a first cell has a stalling fault for a first service; verifying, according to the first fault information, whether the first cell has the stalling fault for the first service in the case of camping on the first cell and being in a connected state; and sending a first measurement report to an access network device corresponding to the first cell after it is verified that the first cell has the stalling fault for the first service, a first signal measurement result of the first cell carried in the first measurement report being less than a current actual signal measurement result of the first cell. Based on the method, it is conducive to improving communication quality of a terminal.

This application discloses an always on display method and an electronic device. The electronic device includes a display. The display includes a main screen and a back screen, and the main screen and the back screen are two display areas of the same display. When the electronic device is folded, the main screen and the back screen are oriented in opposite directions. When the electronic device is unfolded, the main screen and the back screen are oriented in a same direction, and the display area is an entire display screen. The method includes: displaying an AOD interface on the main screen in response to a screen-off operation at a first time point; where before the first time point, the electronic device is in a folded state, the main screen faces upward, and the main screen is on and displays a first interface; and displaying the AOD interface on the back screen in response to flipping the electronic device at a second time point, and turning off the AOD interface on the main screen; where after the electronic device is flipped, the main screen faces downward; and the second time point is later than the first time point. By using this application, intelligence of always on display on an outward foldable-screen mobile phone can be implemented.
