Disclosed herein are orthopedic revision systems (500) including a base member (510) having a collar portion (560) and at least one stabilization portion (509) extending outwardly from the collar portion. The systems may further include a stem member (400') having an attachment portion and a shaft portion (440'), the stem member configured to be received at least partially through an opening (210) in the collar portion such that the attachment portion lies adjacent the collar portion and the shaft portion lies adjacent the at least one stabilizing portion. In a method of performing revision surgery with such orthopedic systems includes forming an opening in the collar of the base member for receipt of the stem member by removing an inner portion of the collar portion and inserting the stem member at least partially through the opening in the collar portion such that the attachment portion lies adjacent the collar portion and the shaft member lies adjacent the at least one stabilizing portion. |

A prosthetic knee implant system (10) includes a prosthetic femoral component (100) and a prosthetic tibial component (200). The femoral component includes a lateral condyle (120), a medial condyle (110), a bone-contacting surface (160) that may be formed of porous metal, and an articular surface (170) that may be formed of PAEK/PEEK. The tibial component includes medial (212) and lateral (214) condylar portions, a bone-contacting surface that may be formed of porous metal, and a second surface opposite the bone-contacting surface. Recesses extend a depth into the second surfaces of the medial and lateral condylar portions. Medial (240) and lateral (250) bearing inserts with flat proximal faces are positioned with the recesses of the medial and lateral condylar portions. Flexible medial (260) and lateral (270) meniscal components are positioned to surround the medial and lateral inserts, respectively, and extend proximal to the second surface of the insert. |
