Zusammenfassung
The present invention provides a heat transfer suppression sheet capable of effectively suppressing high-temperature heat transfer from a battery cell undergoing thermal runaway, and having excellent followability to expansion and contraction of the battery cell. The present invention also provides a highly safe battery pack including such a heat transfer suppression sheet. In a heat transfer suppression sheet (1), a heat insulation layer (10) and a heat conduction layer (30) are stacked via an organic elastic layer (20). In a pedestal-attached heat transfer suppression sheet (60), a battery cell pedestal (70), which is composed of a heat insulating material and on which a battery cell (40) is to be placed, is integrally provided on one surface or both surfaces of the heat transfer suppression sheet (1). In a battery pack (100), the heat transfer suppression sheet (1) is interposed between a plurality of battery cells (40) with a heat conduction layer (30) thereof in contact with main surfaces of the battery cells (40), and the battery cells (40) are connected in series or in parallel. In addition, in the battery pack (100), the battery cells (40) are placed on the battery cell pedestal (70) of the pedestal-attached heat transfer suppression sheet (60). |

To provide a heat transfer suppression sheet capable of maintaining a heat transfer suppression effect even when a resin base material is burned out by intense heat or a flame from a battery cell undergoing thermal runaway. Also to provide a battery pack with higher safety capable of maintaining a heat transfer suppression effect even when a resin base material is burned out by intense heat or a flame from a battery cell undergoing thermal runaway. A heat transfer suppression sheet (1) contains a resin base material (10), first inorganic particles (20), and second inorganic particles (30) having a melting point lower than that of the first inorganic particles (20). In addition, a heat transfer suppression member (60) includes a heat insulation layer (50) on a surface of the heat transfer suppression sheet (1). Further, in a battery pack (100), the heat transfer suppression sheet (1) or the heat transfer suppression member (60) is interposed between battery cells (110), and the battery cells (110) are connected in series or in parallel. |

Zusammenfassung
The present invention provides a papermaking mat that is less likely to crack even when wound around a base material and that has a sufficiently high surface pressure. The papermaking mat of the present invention is a papermaking mat containing: inorganic fibers includinginorganic fibers forming fiber bundles each formed from 10 or more of the inorganic fibers entangled and twisted together, and the inorganic fibers forming no fiber bundles, wherein the fiber bundles have an average length of more than 5 mm, and when the papermaking mat is subjected to fiber opening by a fiber opening method for papermaking mats described below to obtain a slurry containing the inorganic fibers, the inorganic fibers in the slurry have a bulk specific gravity in water of 0.012 to g/cm<sup>3</sup>. In the fiber opening method for papermaking mats, a papermaking mat is heat-treated at 600°C for one hour; 5.0 g of fibers is weighed out from the papermaking mat while loosening the fibers, and the fibers are put in a container holding 400 cc of water; the fibers are stirred using a stirrer at a rotation speed of 1000 rpm for 10 minutes and then transferred to a graduated cylinder container, and water is added to make a total volume of 500 cc; and after standing for 30 minutes, the height of settled fibers is read, and the bulk specific gravity in water is calculated using the following calculation formula (1): bulkspecificgravityinwaterg/cm3=5.0g/volumeofsettledfiberscm3 |
