The method can also include providing, to the user equipment, one or more parameters configured to steer the user equipment to select between the first set of symbols or slots or the second set of symbols or slots to be used when performing a random access transmission. The method can further include receiving a random access transmission on the selected set of symbols or slots based on one of the plurality of random access channel configurations. |
