The substrate contains 25% to 90% by weight cannabis with 2% to 5% moisture content and features interior air channels extending longitudinally. Manufacturing involves mechanical comminution to achieve particle sizes of 1 µm to 150 µm D90, freeze-drying to control moisture, mixing with skeletal material, binder, and flavoring, and extrusion to form the channeled substrate structure. The aerosol-generating system heats the substrate to produce aerosol delivering 3 mg to 10 mg mass per puff with 1.5 mg to 5.0 mg cannabinoid content under standard testing conditions, enabling consistent and controlled cannabinoid administration. |

The present disclosure relates to an electronic atomization system, including a main unit and an electronic atomization device. The main unit includes a liquid supply module, and the liquid supply module includes a liquid storage tank and a first accommodating cavity in fluid communication with liquid storage tank. The electronic atomization device includes a liquid storage module, an atomization core module, and a power module. The atomization core module includes an atomization core, and the liquid storage module includes a first liquid guide component. After the liquid storage module is assembled with the atomization core module, the first liquid guide component is in fluid communication with the atomization core. The liquid storage module can be at least partially accommodated in the first accommodating cavity, to enable the liquid storage module to be in fluid communication with the liquid storage tank. The liquid storage module can be connected to the liquid supply module to inject liquid. In this way, after a user assembles the electronic atomization device, a liquid substrate in the first liquid guide component can be quickly guided to the atomization core, so as to avoid scorched taste for the first sip caused by smoking directly after the user gets the electronic atomization device, and avoid a problem of waiting for a long time for injecting the liquid for the first time. |

In this application, the partition is arranged between the air inlet channel and the start airway to prevent a condensate or an aerosol-forming substrate from directly entering an airflow sensing element, thereby improving sensitivity of the airflow sensor and enhancing atomization efficiency of the aerosol generating device. |

The atomization core includes a dense substrate liquid guiding layer, a porous cover layer, and a heating element. The dense substrate liquid guiding layer has a liquid inlet surface and a liquid outlet surface that are oppositely disposed, and the first microporous structure that penetrates through the liquid inlet surface and the liquid outlet surface is provided on the dense substrate liquid guiding layer; the porous cover layer is disposed on the liquid outlet surface side of the dense substrate liquid guiding layer; the porous cover layer has a liquid supply portion, and the liquid supply portion has a second microporous structure; at least part of the first microporous structure of the dense substrate liquid guiding layer is in fluid communication with the second microporous structure, where the porosity of the liquid supply portion is greater than that of the dense substrate liquid guiding layer, and the equivalent diameter of the second microporous structure is greater than that of the first microporous structure; and the heating element is disposed between the dense substrate liquid guiding layer and the liquid supply portion, and the heating element is configured to atomize a to-be-atomized substrate. Through the foregoing arrangement, the taste of aerosols generated by a rigid atomization core can be improved, thereby improving user experience. |
