A computer-implemented method and system. The method includes receiving, via a first sense channel, a first electrode impedance signal associated with a first electrode. The method further includes receiving, via a second sense channel, a second electrode impedance signal associated with at least a second and third electrode, wherein the second and third electrodes are electrically connected to each other but not to the first electrode. The method further assesses tissue contact/proximity based on the first electrode impedance signal and the second electrode impedance signal.

An electrophysiology map of a portion of a patient's anatomy can be visualized using an electroanatomical mapping system. The system receives a plurality of electrophysiology data points (e.g., an electrophysiology map), which includes a plurality of electrophysiology signals. The system then creates a distribution (e.g., a histogram) for one or more characteristics of the plurality of electrophysiology signals (e.g., dominant cycle length, regular cycle length, peak-to-peak voltage, fractionation, conduction velocity, or the like). The system then analyzes the distribution to determine a display convention (e.g., a range and scale) for a graphical representation of the characteristic based on, for example, a best-fit shape of the distribution, a skew of the distribution, a range of the distribution, and/or a most dominant value of the distribution. The graphical representation can then be output according to the display convention.

An elongate medical device comprising an expandable structure with an expandable configuration and a collapsed configuration, a handle, operably coupled to the expandable structure, the handle further including a selective movement limiter; and a deflection control member coupled with the distal hub, where the deflection control member is configured to adjust a stiffness of the expandable structure, from a first stiffness to a second stiffness, and maintain the first stiffness or the second stiffness when the selective movement limiter couples with the deflection control member and limits a longitudinal movement of the deflection control member, and wherein the deflection control member is configured to move freely when the selective movement limiter is not coupled with the deflection control member.

A method of assessing lesion formation associated with pulsed field ablation (PFA) therapy delivered to a selected location by a PFA catheter includes measuring pre-therapy impedance using one or more electrodes located on the catheter and delivering a first PFA application. An intra-therapy/post-therapy impedance is measured using the one or more electrodes located on the catheter and a PFA index (PI) metric is calculated based on a model that combines the measured pre-therapy impedance, the measured intra-therapy/post-therapy impedance, and attributes of the first PFA application delivered, wherein the PI metric is representative of a likelihood that the lesion has reached a selected size.

A delivery device (1010) for a collapsible prosthetic heart valve (200) includes an inner shaft (1026), an outer shaft (1022), and a distal sheath (1024). The distal sheath forms a compartment with the inner shaft sized to receive the prosthetic heart valve in a collapsed condition. The inner shaft and the distal sheath may be movable relative to one another. The delivery device may also include a tube member (2000, 3000, 4000) and an outer sleeve (3100) overlying the tube member. The tube member may be configured to rotate or twist upon axial movement of the outer sleeve with respect to the tube member, the rotation or twisting of the tube member configured to rotate the prosthetic heart valve when the prosthetic heart valve is received within the compartment in the collapsed condition.

A prosthetic heart valve includes a stent having a collapsed condition and an expanded condition. The stent includes a plurality of cells, each cell being formed by a plurality of struts, and a plurality of commissure features. The heart valve further includes a valve assembly secured to the stent and including a cuff and a plurality of leaflets, each leaflet being attached to adjacent commissure features and to the stent struts and/or the cuff.

A delivery device includes a catheter sheath extending distally from the handle, a sheath hub coupled to the catheter sheath, the sheath hub having a body including at least one proximal aligning feature, a dilator insertable within the catheter sheath, and a dilator hub coupled to the dilator, the dilator hub having a hub aligning feature configured to couple to the at least one proximal aligning feature of the sheath hub.
