A vial adapter according to the present disclosure includes a spike that is elongated from a proximal end to a distal end to define a longitudinal direction and that has a liquid flow path inside. The liquid flow path includes a discharge port opened to an outer peripheral surface of the spike in a cross-section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. The discharge port includes an enlarged opening in which an opening angle defined by two straight lines connecting a central axis of the spike and two ends of the discharge port in a circumferential direction around the central axis gradually increases toward the distal end in the cross-section.

A collection kit jig (200) includes a kit holding portion (202), a container holding portion (204), and an elevation mechanism (210). The kit holding portion (202) holds a collection kit (150) by supporting a holder (160) in a posture in which a housing chamber (28) is positioned above an outflow path (30).
