The to-be-irradiated portion (80) includes at least two regions having different intensities of the reflected light beam in the circumferential direction of the rotating body. The intensity of the reflected light beam changes while the to-be-irradiated portion (80) makes one rotation about the axis. The control unit (58) detects the rotational state of the rotating body based on a change in the current value corresponding to the intensity of the reflected light beam. |
