Zusammenfassung
Techniques and methods are described to perform hand-over from a first object sensing device to a second object sensing device. The handover is a handover from mono-static sensing to bi-static sensing or a handover from bi-static sensing to mono-static sensing. A first pulse train and a second pulse train are transmitted within a pulse repetition interval, with the second pulse train being transmitted after the transmitting of the first pulse train. A presence and/or a location of a first reception signal and/or of a second reception signal are detected within the pulse repetition interval. The first and the second reception signal respectively correspond to reflections of the transmitted first and second pulse train. According to the detected presence and/or location of the second reception signal, it is determined whether the handover is to be performed. |

Moreover, provided is an access point comprising means for carrying out said method. Furthermore, provided is a method for assigning a hash algorithm to a device, comprising the steps of learning a profile of the device, and, based on the profile, assigning a hash algorithm to the device. Some embodiments in the present disclosure relate to cooperative communication in wireless communication networks. In particular, a base station and communication entities are provided. The base station, comprises a transceiver configured to transmit, to a first communication entity, a first rate-splitting multiple access, RSMA, message, wherein a private stream of the first RSMA message includes first private data; and receive an acknowledgement message from the first communication entity, indicating whether or not the first RSMA message could be successfully decoded. The base station further comprises circuitry configured to, if the acknowledgement message indicates that the first RSMA message could not be successfully decoded, determine a second RSMA message, wherein a common stream of the second RSMA message includes a first common part associated with the first communication entity and a second common part associated with a second communication entity, each of the first common part and the second common part includes a redundancy version of the first private data, wherein the transceiver is configured to transmit the second RSMA message to the first communication entity. |
