Objects forward of the host vehicle are monitored using at least one forward looking remote sensor (4) and object signals (4a) output. A velocity of the host vehicle (1) is determined and velocity signals (5a) output. The object signals (4a) and the velocity signals (5a) are processed to determine whether the host vehicle (1) unavoidably will suffer a collision with a large animal (3) while travelling at or above a threshold velocity and a collision signal is output (6a). Operation of at least one of a motor operated height adjustment device (7c), inclination adjustment device (7e) and longitudinal position adjustment device (7f) of at least one vehicle seat (7) is triggered to move at least one of a seat cushion (7a) and a backrest (7d) thereof away from a leading edge of a roof (1 a) of the host vehicle (1) in response to the collision signal (6a). |

The present invention relates to a knee airbag arrangement (4) for a vehicle (2). The knee airbag arrangement comprises an inflatable airbag (6) and an external tether (7). The airbag is adapted to be inflated to a position between an instrument panel (8) of the vehicle and a knee/shin region (14) of a vehicle occupant (16). The knee airbag is adapted to form a first deployment mode or a second deployment mode when in a deployed state. The external tether controls deployment of the airbag to the second deployment mode. The depth (D<sub>2</sub>) of the airbag in the second deployment mode is greater than a depth (D<sub>1</sub>) of the knee airbag in the first deployment mode. A depth of the airbag in a deployed state is a greatest extent of the airbag perpendicular to the instrument panel in the knee/shin region. The present invention also relates to a vehicle comprising the knee airbag arrangement and a method for deploying the airbag of the knee airbag arrangement. |

An example object of the embodiments disclosed is to provide a seal ring, a cylinder arrangement and a pumping arrangement, which is low in cost and reduces buckling forces in the cylinder and pumping arrangement. The seal ring, provided for sealing between a cylinder and a piston is provided with an inner surface and an outer surface, where the outer surface is adapted to seal against an inner surface of a cylinder. The outer surface of the seal ring is provided with a ridge forming the largest outer diameter of the seal ring. The cylinder arrangement comprises a cylinder and a piston arranged to reciprocate in the cylinder, wherein the piston is provided with an upper part having a smaller diameter than a diameter of an annular edge arranged below the upper part, and wherein the seal ring is arranged upon the annular edge and wherein an inner diameter of the seal ring is larger than the diameter of the upper part such that there is a radial play between the upper part and the seal ring. The pumping arrangement comprises an input shaft and a plurality of cylinder arrangements, wherein the cylinders are provided in a circular pattern upon a cylinder plate and the pistons are provided in a corresponding circular pattern upon a piston plate. The piston plate is provided skew towards the cylinder plate such that by rotating the cylinder plate, the pistons reciprocate within their respective cylinder. |

The one-way clutch bearing (11) is located in the same radial plane as torque equaliser (10) and rotationally connected to the inner or outer member (12, 15a, 15b). The one-way clutch bearing (11) comprises an outer race (28), an inner race (29), and a plurality of individual wedging locking elements (23) that are disposed between the inner and outer race (28, 29). The disclosure also concerns decoupler assemblies with a torque equaliser comprising a single spiral spring element or a rubber-based spring element. |
