Zusammenfassung
A processing unit is disclosed for managing and coordinating multiple robots in an environment. The processing unit receives parameters from sensors describing at least one of an activity and a capability of a first robot and a second robot and uses the parameters to determine that an unexpected event has occurred within an environment. The processing unit then sends an assignment command to one or both of the first robot and the second robot, wherein the assignment command causes the second robot to automatically perform at least one task in the first set of tasks or causes the first robot to automatically perform at least one task in the second set of tasks. |

Zusammenfassung
[Solution] Provided is an apparatus comprising a processor, wherein the processor executes: a generation process for generating an execution plan by allowing at least one task not to be executed, as an execution plan for performing a plurality of tasks by a plurality of robots; and a decision process for deciding a first execution plan in which a value of an objective function satisfies a reference condition among generated execution plans by using an objective function that imposes a penalty when the execution plan includes a task not to be executed, and wherein the penalty imposed on the objective function is a value corresponding to a parameter of the task not to be executed among parameters which are set for respective tasks. |

Zusammenfassung
A combustor monitoring system (1000) includes a gas turbine combustor (10) and an operator terminal (20) that is connected to the gas turbine combustor (10). The gas turbine combustor (10) includes a burner (110). The burner (110) includes a swirler (112a) that is installed in an inner tube portion of a channel in which a mixture gas (MG) including a fuel (FG) and air (AG) flows, and a temperature sensor (111) that output temperature data indicating temperature of the channel. The operator terminal (20) acquires the temperature data, detects occurrence of flashback (FB) in the channel based on the temperature data, and adjusts the angles of the swirler (112a) when detecting the occurrence of the flashback (FB). |

Zusammenfassung
A light measurement device includes a control device capable of switching between a measurement mode and a calibration mode, an optical system including a light irradiator that is capable of moving and irradiates an object to be measured with irradiation light, and a light blocking device including a shutter capable of blocking the irradiation light and calibrating the light measurement device. In the measurement mode, the positions of the shutter and the optical system are adjusted so that the shutter does not block the irradiation light and a focusing position of the irradiation light coincides with the position of the object to be measured. In the calibration mode, the positions of the shutter and the optical system are adjusted so that the shutter blocks the irradiation light and the focusing position of the irradiation light coincides with the position of the reference material. |

Zusammenfassung
In a management system (1), a first nameplate with writing of which content is not updated and a second nameplate that is replaceable, that is with writing of which content is updatable, and that is in a pair with the first nameplate are fixed to a housing of a pressure transmitter (10) and a management apparatus (20) manages a history of updating the content of writing on the second nameplate. For example, serial numbers that are identical are written on the first nameplate and the second nameplate. For example, information on the pressure transmitter (10) that is the latest and that is changeable is written on the second nameplate. For example, the management apparatus (20) adds a photograph of the first nameplate and the second nameplate that are subjects to the history of the updating. For example, the history of the updating is updated by a mobile terminal device (30) that is able to communicate with the management apparatus (20). |

Zusammenfassung
Brillouin gain spectra are measured at low cost. An optical fiber characteristic measurement apparatus 10 according to the present disclosure measures the characteristics of an optical fiber 1 by the Brillouin optical correlation domain reflectometry method. The optical fiber characteristic measurement apparatus 10 includes a local oscillator 122 that generates a sinusoidal electrical signal, a mixer 121 that receives Brillouin gain spectra resulting from Brillouin scattering in the optical fiber 1 and the sinusoidal electrical signal generated by the local oscillator 122 and outputs down-converted Brillouin gain spectra, and a frequency analyzer 123 that measures the down-converted Brillouin gain spectra. |
