Über die Kanzlei
Office Freylinger wurde 1966 von Ernest T. Freylinger in Luxemburg gegründet, ursprünglich mit seiner Frau als einziger Mitarbeiterin an der Schreibmaschine, und hat sich seither zum größten und meistgenannten IP-Büro des Großherzogtums entwickelt. Über den reinen Patentschutz hinaus betreut das Haus Marken, Designs, Domainnamen, Software und Urheberrechte und begleitet Mandanten auch bei Lizenzverhandlungen, Konfliktlösungen und internen IP-Schulungen. Die Kanzlei beschreibt ihre Arbeitsweise mit den Werten „security, pleasure and creativity“ und versteht Schutzrechte explizit als kommerzielles Werkzeug zur Wertschöpfung. Betreut werden sowohl kleine luxemburgische Betriebe als auch multinationale Konzerne, mehrsprachig auf Englisch und Französisch.
