Patentna pisarna d.o.o. ist mit einer bis 1953 zurückreichenden Tradition die älteste Agentur für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz Sloweniens. Von Ljubljana aus vertritt das Haus Mandanten nicht nur vor dem slowenischen Amt für geistiges Eigentum, sondern auch vor EPA, WIPO und EUIPO. Im WTR-1000-Guide 2024 wurde die Kanzlei im Gold Band für Markenrecht geführt, ein Beleg dafür, dass ihre Tätigkeit weit über das reine Patentgeschäft hinausreicht. Das Leistungsspektrum reicht von Recherchen über Anmeldungen bis zu Gutachten und Vertretung vor Gerichten.

The invention relates to a conveyor for conveying waste. The goal of the invention is to provide a conveyor that will not cause a buildup of waste in the surrounding area and will provide workplace safety. A conveyor (100) comprises a conveyor belt (1) spanned over two deflection rollers (3, 4), a drive (5), a trough-shaped support frame (2), carrying idlers (6) to support a carrying run of the endless conveyor belt, a plurality of rails (7) arranged on the outside of the endless conveyor belt transversally to its longitudinal extension to contact a base (2a) of the support frame, and a discharge chute formed as a cut-out in the base of the trough-shaped frame for discharging the waste material to a collection vessel, or a cover (2d) attached to the base of the trough-shaped support frame on the infeed end of the conveyor and curved such that the material that fell off from the return run of the endless conveyor belt is returned to its carrying run. |

The invention relates to a tractor box provided with means for a three-point hitch to a tractor. The technical problem is how to provide a box which will provide, based on the user's respective needs, the opportunity to use the entire available internal volume and the opportunity to organize the items inside the box. The tractor box (100) of the invention comprises a first internal volume (10) defined by a base (1), a rear wall (2), a first front wall (3) arranged in plan-parallel to the rear wall (2), side walls (4a, 4b), and a lid (5); an oblong shelf (20) having two cylindrical hinge elements (25); and two shelf holders (30) arranged perpendicularly at the rear wall (2), each of the holders having a guide cut-out with a vertical section (31) and a first (32) and at least one second (33) vertical section, said first and second sections being perpendicular to the vertical section, the first transversal section (32) being arranged proximal to the base (1) and at least one second transversal section (33) being arranged at a distance from the box base. |

The guide vane assembly for partially surrounds a vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT), and comprising a front guide and a side guide. The front guide extends ahead of the VAWT and covers a first portion of the VAWT. The front guide has a first inner side and a first outer side meeting at a first leading edge, the first inner side extending from the first leading edge to a first trailing edge and having a shape configured to accelerate incoming air flow from a front of the system into the VAWT. The side guide has a second inner side and a second outer side meeting at a second leading edge located laterally to the uncovered portion of the turbine and aligned with or to the side and behind a frontmost edge of the VAWT. The second inner side extends concavely around the VAWT toward a rear of the VAWT. |
