A supporting oral cavity frame for carrying a device (9, 9') and for placement within an oral cavity of a user comprising a wire-like frame structure (1) of resiliently flexible material; wherein the frame structure (1) comprises a central section (20) with at least one attachment area (2, 2') for permanently or releasably attaching the device (9, 9') to the supporting frame (1) and several wire-like segments (3, 4, 5, 5', 6); wherein the several wire-like segments (3, 4, 5, 5') extend from the central section (20) and each of the several extending wire-like segments (3, 4, 5, 5') forms a distal section (31, 41, 51, 51'); wherein the wire-like frame structure (1) with the several extending segments (3, 4, 5, 5') is dimensioned and bent such that, in an installed state of the supporting frame (1) within the oral cavity, the distal sections (31, 41, 51, 51') of the several extending segments (3, 4, 5, 5') rest against different areas of tissue within the oral cavity to stabilize the supporting oral cavity frame with the at least one attachment area (2, 2') at a desired location within the oral cavity.

The invention relates to a crystallization method for purified terephthalic acid (PTA) to obtain crystalline PTA with an average crystal size of approx. 30-150 microns, the method comprising in the following order the steps of: (a) providing in a reactor a solution of 2-13 wt% of purified metalated salt of terephthalic acid (M-TP) in water at a pH of 7; (b) heating the M-TP solution to a crystallization temperature of 40-90°C and stirring the solution; (c) adding H<2>SO<4> dropwise at the crystallization temperature over a total addition time of at least 4 hours performing in the following order the steps of: (i) adding H<2>SO<4> in the amount of 0.10-0.15 molar equivalent to adjust the pH of the M-TP solution to 4.7 - 5.5 to receive a first suspension of purified terephthalic acid (PTA); (ii) adding H<2>SO<4> in the amount of 0.5-1.5 molar equivalent to the first suspension of PTA following a linear addition, a quadratic addition or a cubic addition, with a predefined addition rate, until the total addition time and 0.5-1.5 molar equivalent of H<2>SO<4> is reached receiving a second suspension of PTA; (d) cooling down the second suspension of PTA to room temperature; (e) filtering the cooled second suspension of PTA to collect crystalline PTA; f) washing the filtered crystalline PTA with cold water; and (g) drying the washed crystalline PTA.

Bei einem Wannendichtband (1) zum Abdichten eines Wannenrands (2) einer Dusch- oder Badewanne gegenüber einer Anschlusswand (3) und/oder einem Anschlussboden (4), umfassend ein dehnbares Trägerband (10) mit einer wannenseitigen Vorderseite (11) und einer wannenabgewandten Rückseite (12); wobei das Wannendichtband (1) einen ersten, unteren Bereich (13) und einen zweiten, oberen Bereich (14) definiert, die sich in Längsrichtung (L) erstrecken und wobei der erste, untere Bereich (13) etwa ein Fünftel bis etwa die Hälfte des Wannendichtbandes (1) ausmacht; wobei das Wannendichtband (1) auf der wannenseitigen Vorderseite (11) im ersten, unteren Bereich (13) eine vorderseitige Kleberschicht (20) zur Befestigung des Wannendichtbands (1) am Wannenrand (2) aufweist; wobei die vorderseitige Kleberschicht (20) mit einer abziehbaren, vorderseitigen Abziehfolie (21) versehen ist; wobei das Wannendichtband (1) auf der wannenseitigen Vorderseite (11) im zweiten, oberen Bereich (14) keine vorderseitige Kleberschicht aufweist; ist es vorgesehen, dass das Wannendichtband (1) eine rückseitige Kleberschicht (30) aufweist, welche sich über die gesamte Rückseite des Wannendichtbands (1) erstreckt; und dass die rückseitige Kleberschicht (30) mit einer ersten, unteren abziehbaren Abziehfolie (31) und einer separaten zweiten, oberen abziehbaren Abziehfolie (32) versehen ist, die jeweils den ersten, unteren Bereich (13) des Wannendichtbandes (1) respektive den zweiten, oberen Bereich (14) des Wannendichtbandes (1) abdecken, und wahlweise vom Wannendichtband (1) abziehbar sind, um einen ersten, unteren Bereich (33) der rückseitigen Kleberschicht (30) resp. einen zweiten, oberen Bereich (34) der rückseitigen Kleberschicht (30) freizugeben.

A process for depolymerization of polyurethane plastic waste into monomers of diamine and polyol comprising the steps of: a. providing in a reactor a reaction mixture comprising: i. polyurethane plastic waste, ii. a solvent, iii. a base in an amount to obtain a pH of 8 to 14 in the reaction mixture, and iv. a UV light active metal oxide catalyst; b. stirring the reaction mixture under UV light for a predetermined time, during which C-N and/or C-Q bonds of the urethane groups of the polyurethane plastic waste is cleaved to obtain diamines and polyols; c. recovering the diamines and polyols from the reaction mixture; wherein the steps a. and b. are performed at a temperature of 20°C to approx. 60°C and ambient pressure.
