Über die Kanzlei
Sugrañes, S.L.P wurde 1925 von Pere Sugrañes Ferrer gegründet, wobei die Wurzeln der Kanzlei bis ins ausgehende 19. Jahrhundert zurückreichen; 1996 kam ein zweiter Standort in Alicante hinzu, 2025 feierte das Haus sein hundertjähriges Bestehen mit einem Rebranding. Unter dem Motto „Protegiendo el resultado de tu esfuerzo desde 1925” (Das Ergebnis deiner Arbeit schützen, seit 1925) reicht das Leistungsspektrum von Barcelona aus weit über die Patentanmeldung hinaus: Markenstreitigkeiten, Lizenz- und Abtretungsverträge sowie Maßnahmen gegen Produktpiraterie gehören ebenso dazu. Beraten wird auf Spanisch, Katalanisch und Englisch, gestützt auf ein internationales Netzwerk von Korrespondenzkanzleien.

The present disclosure relates to a cosmetic composition for rejuvenating the skin comprising between 0,01% and 0,5% by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition of a precursor of retinoic acid selected from the group consisting of retinaldehyde, retinol, retinyl retinoate, retinyl esters and combinations thereof, between 0,0001% and 0,01% by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition of an anti-aging or antioxidant peptide, and between 0,0000005% and 0,000005% by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition of a growth factor, wherein the precursor of retinoic acid is encapsulated by an encapsulating agent comprising phospholipids. The present disclosure also relates to a method for rejuvenating the skin, comprising the topical application of the cosmetic composition disclosed herein and to a use of the cosmetic composition disclosed herein for rejuvenating the skin, by means of its topical application. |

The present invention relates to an instrument (100) which comprises an embedding and guiding portion (1), a covering portion (2) forming a surface, and an intermediate joining portion (3) between the other two portions with which it is made in a single piece. The intermediate joining portion has a greater flexibility than the rest of the piece and can be easily folded by manually applying some force against the covering portion in the direction of the embedding and guiding portion when the latter is embedded. The instrument can move from a non-operative position to an operative covering position in which the covering portion is above the embedding and guiding portion, covering as a kind of visor an outlet edge (12) and part of the space adjacent thereto extending in an opposite direction to the embedding, completely covering and protecting the entire mouth of a collection container. |
