According to one embodiment, a method is described comprising receiving a request message indicating that a warning message is to be distributed, wherein the request message includes information about a geographical area to which the warning message should be distributed and a period of time, determining a set of radio access network nodes of the mobile communication network which should distribute the warning message and in reaction to a determination that one or more radio access network nodes onboard one or more low earth orbit satellites at least partially take over coverage of the geographical area during the period of time, requesting the one or more radio access network nodes to distribute the warning message.

According to various embodiments, a method for distributing a warning message to mobile terminals served by a mobile communication network is described, comprising receiving a request message indicating that a warning message is to be distributed to a set of mobile terminals, in reaction to a determination that a set of radio access network nodes for distributing the warning message includes a radio access network node onboard a geostationary equatorial orbit satellite, determining whether the warning message includes information allowing mobile terminals served by the radio access network node onboard the geostationary equatorial orbit satellite whether to alert their users and removing the radio access network node onboard the geostationary equatorial orbit satellite from the set of radio access network nodes in reaction to the warning message lacking the information and requesting the radio access network nodes of the set of radio access network nodes to distribute the warning message.

According to one embodiment, a method for providing an environment and/or object sensing service by a mobile radio communication system is provided, comprising operating, in a mobile terminal of the mobile radio communication system, a secure element provisioned with a sensing service profile which specifies one or more sensing parameters, receiving, by the mobile terminal, a request to perform a sensing, wherein the sensing comprises transmitting one or more mobile radio communication signals, receiving one or more reflections of the one or more mobile radio communication signals and determining sensing data from the one or more reflections and performing the sensing according to the one or more sensing parameters by the mobile terminal.

According to one embodiment, a method for providing an machine learning-based data processing service is described, comprising receiving a specification of a data processing task, wherein the specification includes requirements, including goals and/or constraints, of the data processing tasks, determining computational resources for providing the data processing service and training data according to the goals and/or constraints, training a machine learning model using the determined training data and the determined computational resources to perform the data processing task, providing an interface for receiving input data for the data processing task and performing the data processing task on the received input data by the trained machine-learning model using the determined computational resources.

A NAL unit header in the conventional method is inefficient, even in cases where a value of nal_ref_flag is uniquely determined according to a value of nal_unit_type, since respective bits are assigned to nal_ref_flag and nal_unit_type.
