The input interface is configured to receive a light-control instruction from a light-control instruction source. The processing unit is configured to receive the light-control instruction and generate an extended light-control instruction. The light-control instruction corresponds to a first number of light-emitting elements, while the extended light-control instruction corresponds to a second number of light-emitting elements, wherein the second number is greater than the first number. The output interface is configured to output the extended light-control instruction, thereby enabling control of a larger number of light-emitting elements than natively supported by the light-control instruction source. |
