An equipment cabinet is received within the enclosure and configured to house electronic components. An environmental control unit (ECU) is thermally coupled to the equipment cabinet. A utility fluid conveyance (UFC) is disposed outside the enclosure. A thermal transfer system (TTS) is in fluid or thermal communication with the ECU and extending from the enclosure to the UFC disposed outside the enclosure. The TTS may include a heat-conductive conduit thermally coupled to the UFC through a thermal interface material so as to exchange heat with fluid transported by the UFC to regulate an internal temperature of the equipment cabinet while the equipment cabinet remains under the ground. |

A system for thermal protection in a power distribution apparatus is disclosed. A power distribution system includes first and second silicon-controlled rectifiers (SCRs) coupled to a heat sink. The lock brackets (120) receive the vertical members to lock the cabinet structure during assembly. The support brackets are designed to allow objects, such as batteries, to be mounted on the assembled shelves. The cabinet structure of the present disclosure is a flat-pack configuration that enables easy mounting, assembly and shipping. |
