Mechanical actuation system (2) for in-line selector valves (1), comprising: a rotary actuator (3); a first camshaft (5), rotatably driven by the rotary actuator (3), comprising one or more cams (52) adapted to move one or more selectors (12) comprised in the selector valve (1); a second camshaft (6) rotatably driven by the first camshaft (5) through two gears (50, 60) fitted to said camshafts (5, 6), the latter being mutually synchronous, and comprising one or more cams (62) adapted to move the selectors (12) comprised in the selector valve (1); a plurality of sliders (7) adapted to mechanically act upon the selectors (12) according to the action exerted by the camshafts (5, 6) through their respective cams (52, 62). The first camshaft (5) and the second camshaft (6) are parallel to each other and stacked along a first axis (Z). Each slider (7) comprises a follower (72) so designed that its upward movement occurs upon contact with a cam (62, 52) of a rotating camshaft (6, 5); while its downward movement occurs upon contact with another cam (52, 62) of another rotating camshaft (5, 6). The camshafts (5, 6) are so designed that, for each follower (72) of each slider (7), the cams (52, 62) are so shaped as to provide continuous contact between said follower (72) and one cam (52, 62) at all times during the rotation of said camshafts (5, 6).

Method for optimized power distribution from a charging station (3) for recharging vehicles (V), among charging devices (5), comprising a control unit (30) adapted to execute the method. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a plurality of intrinsic data (D) of the charging station (3) at a time instant (T), wherein the data (D) comprise: a maximum available current (Aa); a total used current (Au); a priority order of the vehicles (V); determining a current surplus (As); checking if a vehicle (V) has arrived; if NO, returning to the step of receiving a plurality of data (D); if YES, executing one or more of the following steps of checking if: at least a period of time (Δt1, Δt2) has already elapsed since the arrival of a previous vehicle (V); one or more vehicles (V) have arrived; one or more vehicles (V) have left the charging station (3); said maximum available current (Aa) has increased. If the answer obtained from all checks made after the arrival of a vehicle (V) is NO, or in parallel with said steps of checking: checking if the maximum available current (Aa) has decreased. If the answer obtained from at least one of the checks made after the arrival of a vehicle (V) is YES and the maximum available current has not decreased: distributing the current surplus (As) among the vehicles by increasing the current supplied to the vehicles (V), taking into account the priority order. If the maximum available current has decreased, decreasing the current supplied for recharging the vehicles (V), taking into account the priority order.

The present invention relates to a simple and novel process to produce a beryllium containing lithium-based triphasic composite material for application as tritium breeder material in nuclear fusion reactors. The composite material comprises three different lithium-based breeder materials, out of which one phase contains beryllium in its structure that may serve as a neutron multiplier. The process does not yield any liquid or solid waste during production of the composite material and therefore is a safe and environment friendly process.
